Eight members of the unbeaten AFC champs have arrest records - and some have multiple busts, public records show.

More tacklin' fuel, plain and simple.

Nice Reporting...

First off, nobody was ever convicted of the charges they list.

At least this ame POS reporter stuck it to Strahan too.

Anyone here, never been in a bar fight in college? Anyone who knows anything about college, knows that ever drunk idiot wants to "make his bones" by taking on a member of the football team (Knowing full well that the football player has to back down, unless he wants to get suspended). This is complete BS stuff and complete BS reporting.

I was kinda hoping that the Pats would not recognize nor answer any questions from Post Reporters.

This article is over the top, unwarranted and totally unacceptable. I wonder how many giants have had issues with the law. This is now getting personal.

Giants Both Hopeful and Wary of One Rookie’s Potential

In July 2004, after he joined the Virginia football team as a cornerback but before he enrolled for his freshman year, Bradshaw was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and resisting arrest. Virginia dismissed him from the team.

Bradshaw walked on at Marshall and became one of the nation’s most productive running backs. He was arrested in January 2006 for stealing a PlayStation 2 video game system from another student’s unlocked dormitory room. He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor petty larceny after prosecutors dropped a felony burglary charge, and was placed on two years’ probation.

Steelers' Burress arrested for public intoxication in Virginia

Steelers wide receiver Plaxico Burress was arrested early Saturday on a charge of public intoxication in Virginia Beach, Va

Jockbio: Eli Manning

Eli landed himself in hot water after the campaign when he was arrested and briefly jailed for public drunkenness. Truly embarrassed by the incident, the 19-year-old decided to buckle down and focus on school and football.

Wonder how the Giants would stack up if you looked at all of their pasts.

I think a quick rebuttal would be that all is needed to shut this story up, "How many of these altercations occurred when the said players were with the Patriots?"

Randy Moss' extortion antics aside it is a pretty safe bet to say 0.

I was never in a bar fight in college.. My school didn't have a football team, so I can't really speak to the second one.

Come on people, this is the NEW YORK POST! If you picked up Weekly World News and saw "Tom Brady revealed to be mutant son of alien and goat" you wouldn't let it rile you up. That's basically the level of "journalism" you can expect from the post. The fact that people in New York take it seriously (and the ones I know don't) is more an indictment of those people than it is an affirmation of the paper's credibility.

It's the rag of rags.

Why don't you calm down .....Don't shoot the messenger . :D

If you are that upset ,and i know you are , go back to that link , it has a name and an email adress of the writter , so send him a message of what you think of his story , take a deep breath first , buddy.

Ps: I am sure the Boston Herald will retaliate soon . :D

Calm the f down, he even said they were playing dirty. You don't think he wrote the article, do you?

I live in Manhattan.

One of the few absolutes of my daily routine is "NEVER READ THE POST!" It's a garbage newspaper with little regard for the truth. Ignore it. Nobody with a brain in the City takes the paper seriously.

I'm sure that the Herald will retaliate tomorrow or Wednesday and that some Giants players with colorful pasts who are just trying to keep their noses clean these days will be hurt in the process.

Since they want to pull crap out of the past...

Plaxico Burress - Arrest warrant issued for unpaid taxes.

Ahmad Bradshaw - Bradshaw was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and resisting arrest.

David Tyree - Arrested for possession of marijuana and an outstanding traffic warrant.

Every team has their players and I am sure there are more Giants that have gotten in trouble in some form or another but I don't have the time to google all of the players on that team.

I'm sure that the Herald has a few interns doing that just now. Can't wait for tomorrow's paper.

I can wait. I'd never pick up the Herald either, it's just as bad as the Post.

Forgive me for wanting to read actual analysis of the game, or interviews with the players, not what some meathead football players did in college. I just graduated college, so I can personally attest that people do dumb things there. Hardly a newsworthy revelation.

Completely correct. And the cops tend to hold the larger/blacker man in the case of a bar fight, which is usually, if not always, the football player. The three days in jail for Randy's high school fight fails to mention that the fight was racially charged and under current hate crime laws would have gone the other way.

Also, Eli was arrested in college, I believe, and there's those semi-embarrassing pictures of him hammerface drunk floating around. Whatever, they're humans, and none of them are saints. But this is an awful excuse for journalism... guess that's what you'd expect from the Post.

Sad and disgusting reporting. I just wrote this woman and e-mail to tell her she should be writing for the National Enquirer. Some people will stoop to anything.

Isn't this slander?

Ask and yee shall receive...

I think his date might have gotten photshopped a little, but Eli is BOMBED

The Enquirer has more journalistic integrity and is by far more entertaining than the NY Post.

How could they forget Brandon Meriweather? Just kidding
