We all know he sat there sulking behind his visor all game. God knows why he wasn't in there. If I were a San Diego fan, I'd sure like to know why. I am guessing: no heart and a sandy vagina.

Checking out the SD forums... most of their fans seem pretty betrayed by LdT's display of selfishness as well, and rightfully so.

No, they will give him a pass, as always

I have to admit, ive never heard that noun used with the word sandy before. I'll be thinking about that one for a while :)

Unless a major knee inury report comes out LT is a *****. Seems simple to me.

Ladanian Tomlinson oughtta be ******* ashamed of himself. Not even enthusiastically supporting his team mates who are putting their asses on the line for a win.

Major props to Rivers for giving it 100% and even Antonio Gates for going out there.

Tomlinson was a little hurt last week smiling on the sideline and walking around, this weekend, he gets less than 10 yards rushing and a catch or two and he is hiding in his coat and behind his stupid visor.

Up yours LT, you don't deserve to be on such a decent team.

Props to Norv Turner ... he made the statement that this is his team. He will be rewarded for that next year. He made the right call, probably wanted to feature Turner anyways and figured he'd remove LT early to remove the distraction.

If this was Belichick ... he would not have even dressed for the game because team always comes first.

Lawimpian saw the look in Junior and Rodney's eyes and figured he'd just sit there on the bench behind his shaded helmet in his parka.

He certainly played the tragic hero well today.

Who made the ultimate decison that he would no longer play..the coach or Tomlinson?

I don't think the media will say anything negative about the man of class, they supported him during all his "I'm Classy" rants. they will see nothing wrong. It's really to bad as he is definitely a productive runner.

He is that, but it's too bad...two years in a row he was top rusher, and one year MVP, and it didn't amount to a hill of beans.

Yup, Complainian has shown his true colors. Unless his leg was falling off and I'm assuming it wasn't, he should have been in the game. Gates played, Rivers played. They risked their careers because they were playing in the AFCCG because this why you play, for a chance to play in the SB. Pathetic.

Either he ****ed out OR Norv was blowing smoke up the behinds of the team's fans. They made it sound like Rivers was in much dire condition than Tomlinson, and LT wasn't even on the injury report late in the week.

Who cares, its for them to sort out. They really should consider keeping Michael Turner around just in case.

i dont get how a guy who doesnt finish a game last week and plays 3 plays this week isnt on the injury report for this game.. complete bs if you ask me.. how do they get away with that..

Charger fan here. I understand if he was hurt and couldn't play, but sitting on the sidelines, with his helmet on for the entire game, and not supporting the team. I must say, I have lost a lot of respect for LT. I think he has some explaining to do.

He just hasn't been the same guy this year, on or off the field. Last year it was all smiles, high fives, leading the team. This year, he's the complete opposite. Very strange.

Turner will be looking to start. It's a shame for SD that he'll have to leave. At this point I would want to keep him over LT. He'd be younger, cheaper, less miles...I do think the media will have something to say about LT today. There was no excuse for his sitting on the bench wrapped up and not supporting his teammates.

Watching Norv's presser on NFL-N. Some of the media is trying to bait him into talking about why LT didn't play, but was able to practice every day. Turner, obviously, very upset by the questioning of his star. Media and Turner both Lauding Gates and Rivers but they have raised questions about LT.

Tomlinson wasn't even on the injury report on Friday. So either the Chargers should be punished for lying on their report, or Tomlinson is just a gutless p*ssy.

This made me laugh for a seriously ridiculous amount of time. Must be the gin and tonic and shots of tequila :D

The wife was looking at me like she thinks I'm wierd

Well I wouldn't throw somebody under the bus based on one performance (besides Reche Caldwell) and I'm not gonna question physical toughness not knowing what the injury was, and being someone who has never suffered any type of ligament strain or tear. But the way this whole thing was reported prior to the game was very strange. Trying to trick the Patriots wasn't going to work, they knew Michael Turner is a very capable #2. They had to be prepared against a running attack.

I'm not gonna fault Norv entirely either, Belichick likes to play possum with the injury reports as well, but I don't think anybody, Pats fan, chargers fan, or indifferent, expected LT to play this little.
