Three separate landlords have attempted to kick Rachelle Washington, 35, to the curb over non-payment of rent - as recently as last month, according to sources and Broward County court records obtained by the Herald.

The woman from whom Washington rents her current condominium in Fort Lauderdale, where she claims Moss, 30, injured her physically and mentally with “reckless and degrading conduct” on Jan. 6, last month served her a three-day notice to pay up or get out, sources told the Herald, but Washington came up with the money in time to remain a tenant.
In December 2002, an exasperated Giovanna Pipia, owner of the Town View Apartments in Hollywood, initiated formal tenant eviction proceedings against Washington, whom she claimed was in arrears for $990 on her $190-per-week rent and utilities.

“I have been as understanding as humanly possible, but I have my own commitments and responsibilities regarding running my apartment complex,” Pipia wrote Broward County Judge Sharon L. Zeller in a Sept. 11, 2002, letter.

“I cannot pay bills and mortgages on just words and promises,” Pipia wrote. “I am only asking that she pays what is due in order to remain at Town View Apartments.”

At the time, Washington had applied for and received financial aid from the county to help her with a portion of her rent, according to information in court records.

Hoping to stay her eviction, Washington wrote the court saying she had begun work at a boutique and had asked her sister to move in to help defray expenses.

In June 2005 Felicia Albu, manager of the Monroe Apartments in Hollywood, served Washington a tenant eviction notice, complaining in court records that Washington was delinquent for a little more than $700 back rent.

Both cases were ultimately dismissed for lack of prosecution.

Bingo. As paraphrasing BB "She is what she is".

Given everything we know about this case (oddly timed lawyer's extortion calls, $500,000 for a none-broken-none-cut finger, Washington's 3 time history of being nearly evicted for non-payment - - btw, did you SEE the pic of where she currently lives (not the prior $700-800 per month places)? Champagne tastes and caviar dreams. Exactly WHO does Rachelle Washington think she is fooling?

TFB has got to hook Randy up with some models!

WTF, why is the single season leading td receiver scraping the bottom of the barrel?

Come on randy, aim a little higher.

i don't necessarily think he was dating her. they have been described as "friends" and nothing else officially. you have to think that moss would do better than this. hell, gost is doing better than this :rocker:

No way should Moss cave in to any extortion demands. But I'm kind of wondering on the other hand, if this woman really is that much of a longtime friend to Randy, why hasn't he helped her out? She can't even pay $190/month rent.

I would have paid the six figure extortion just so no-one saw her! Couldn't Ben Coates dropped directions to the Foxy Lady to him.

Crusty outside , Spicy from inside. :D

From a woman's point of view...I am leaning towards not believing there has been an 11 year sexual relationship. Ms Washington seems like the kind of woman who would get pregnant to secure that relationship. What do you all think?

Maybe she can't. Maybe Moss is smart enough to use a condom.

And even if they have been having sex for 11 years it doesn't mean they went to bed every night. This strikes me as a visit for a weekend every couple of months type mistress.

I wouldn't be surprised at all that Randy helped her out a couple of times when she was a grand or two behind in her rent payments and about to get kicked out.

Yeah, she was working for the rent money that night!

I agree. I've known women like that. If they were doing it, he must have been smart enough to wear a condom.

This sounds like a train wreck that was waiting to happen. It's a shame that he didn't get some good advice and distance himself from the situation a while ago.
