I'm curious too...

Although during the press conferences today, they did mention that SD would practice, do the mandatory pressers, then fly out today....

Why would they fly to Boston if they are staying in Providence.... especially since both Providence and San Diego are hubs for Southwest airlines.

Are we sure this is their plane ?

Football teams rarely use Southwest for charter service. Planes are too small.

it would make sense that they flew into boston, because i saw in the paper the other day the mass. HS coaches clinic was moved from the quincy marriot because the chargers were staying there.

Have you really been a fan since Grogan and Plunkett? Just wondering.

I'm sure that whatever
neuronet said is true.

But there certainly are some of us here!
(That's why i began my patsfans career thousands of posts ago as
plunkett2vataha.)

Game after game, that poor man took such a hell of a beating behind a worthless Patsies' O-line!
Although i yield to no man in loathing the Raiders ...
it was nice to finally see him get a chance to show what he could do, with a little protection.

When I was a little kid back in 1980 Jim Plunkett was my favorite player. I remember going to the library and getting a book on him. When I read it I found out that he was drafted by the Patriots so I went to my Dad and I said how come we come rid of Jim Plunkett Dad, he is awesome?

My Dad just shook his head and said get used to it son.

Boston sports had come a long way, LOL

I was born in 1970, so I don't actually remember rooting for Plunkett. My first memory of the Pats is Grogan handing off to Sam Bam Cunningham. My dad assures me that I rooted for Plunkett, though. Lifetime Pats fan from Amesbury Massachussetts.

Anyone else from the Amesbury area?

If it is...it's going the wrong way.

Yea, that plane is DEPARTING Boston and heading for Hot Lanta.

Probably because its live. When the user posted this the plane was clearly leaving SD and in fact landed in Boston. ;)

Well it finished a trip from San Diego to Boston around ten o'clock yesterday. Sometimes they need a plane to leave its destination after its already gotten there. :bricks:

Am just watching a live broadcast in Boston right now saying that the Chargers have just arrived at the hotel.

Dang it's cold over there. Here in SD, it's a crispy 48 degrees.

Yes, that page I linked to is following that plane. If you look in its itinerary it already dropped off the boys at the pool.

According to the flight map on the link it looks like they did not fly direct. Am I missing something? Why would they not fly direct(if possible). Those 300lbers im sure dread the flights.

It is now 1:15 am Eastern standard time. The Plane landed at 10:00pm eastern standard time. The same plane has obviously left Boston and headed elsewhere. Tracking it now defeats the purpose so please stop clicking on the link and then posting your quandaries.
