Like I said before, because of the nature of the Charger team, with all the trash talking, and the whole anti-Patriot punk talk, I think this will be our loudest game of the year. We'll see if I'm right, but my guess is this will get the fans off their butts.

i hope The Razor will be loud

this is a top game !

I have no doubt people there will stand and be loud - after all they did last week.

I also have no doubt that this board will be full of post accusing everyone of sitting and being quiet.

When the AFCCG is hosted in Foxboro, it'll always be the biggest game played...Since we have ZERO shot of ever hosting a SB.

I expect everybody to be loud and proud. History is on the line!

Seriously. Did you see all the troubles they had with getting the snap off on time with the Colts, albeit digitally enhanced, crowd noise?

Time to be really loud.

AMEN...the team needs our support and they DESERVE IT. :rocker:

Kind of funny sounds like we're starting some sort of "pride parade";)

I'll be tailgating from my Garage in western New York. forcast is calling for 15-20 degrees and snow off of Lake Erie. Great Football weather. Let's go Pats!!!

Any "fans" going to this game needing to be told to get it up may as well feed their tickets into the shredder.

i wish it was that simple, ive been to a lot of staduims, gillette is not noisey, i dont know if they know how to yell on defense, i go to all the games, and its pretty sad

The hardcore fans who understand the importance of the 12th man probably have to spend time yelling at other fans to make some noise. Not berating them like a headmaster, but bringing signs, leading chants and cheers.

You are the leaders of the team in the stands. Once you establish that, entire sections will look to you for how to behave during the game. They will realize you have the interests of the team in your heart, and will want to follow your lead.

i stand up wave my hands and yell lets go d and im told to sit down, its sad, pats fans are spoiled and dont know how to set a home field advantage, in the history of gillette has there ever been a false start penalty on the opposing offense??? i bet not many

I've heard this happens. Really, this is just unacceptable behavior that people would actually say to sit down. People need to learn to be good fans, to respect the power of the 12th man, to accept some of the responsibility that comes with buying a ticket as a Patriots fan in the most amazing season in pro football history.

I wish the news stations or something would do pieces on this, on how to be a good fan. Obviously people need instruction.

Regardless, be leaders in the stands guys, sometimes it just takes a little set of three or four little signs that say things like : 3rd down, make some NOISE, or 12th man!!, or stuff like that. People who deserve to be there will get it, and will join in your fun.

I would even walk around talking to people, trying to find allies in the stands so that we would sort of work the crowd together.

Get creative guys. This needs to be a flippin' madhouse. I know the stadium sucks for noise. You did pretty well last week. This week needs to be the best ever. Slap those pink wearing sissies into compliance with the implicit rules of the 12th man!!!

<---- This "Razor" will be loud, I always am, I wrap my player chart into a cone like megaphone, and wind up losing my voice by the end of the night.

I have an idea, instead of just telling people to be loud, because I mean,...
C'MON! its the playoffs, everyone will be loud. Lets try a different approach:

Be loud, not just on third downs, when the team is behind or tied, not just on touchdowns.....

60 minutes fans, 60 minutes of noise making madness, let the rest of the world see how we get behind our team, for 60 fahking minutes!

One exception

STOP THE NOISE WHEN THE PATS' OFFENSE GOES FOR IT ON 4TH DOWN!!!

I can understand being happy about it, but.... yelling and cheering, that screws with offensive communication.

I think you want to be quiet anytime Tom is taking a snap.

Or our punter, or placekick holder.

No doubt, but for some reason, fans start cheering on 4th downs for the offense, and continue to do it through the play, like their yelling is willing the play to be executed..... we all know the rules, loud when defense is on the field, hushed when offense or kicking team is.... yet, for some reason, the Foxborough faithful do NOT get it on 4th downs. Pisses me off.

Nothing compares to a noise in a dome.

The Chargers have proven that they can weather any environment at this point.

Remember the delay of game penalties against Rivers?

Against a better team like the Patriots, they will be devastating. Too bad Razor is never loud enough to be like that....

The loudest I heard the stadium was during AFCCG against the Colts in Gillette, so ya never know.... Maybe the fair weather fans actually keep screaming beyond the introductions.
