I can't believe you guys are jumping all over this poor girl saying that she's is CLEARLY a gold digging biotch. It blows my mind because nothing has been proven yet. Because he plays for your team doesn't mean he's a role model. The guy could be an ass for all you know. I'm not going to jump to any conclusions either though, innocent until proven guilty. But don't be jumping on this girl and automatically calling her a biotch because she got attacked by SOMEONE. And don't be stupid enough to make "death threats" if you guys lose and blame her. That would be stupid and will land you in jail.

Just let it play out and the true story will come out in a few months.

Please tell me on what planet does a finger inury, not even a broken finger, get you half a million? Seriously, what planet?

You made me wonder...there must be a clause that states the woman can't make any effort to get within 500' of Randy as well. Obviously she can't stand outside his home and expect him to move.

it's not uncommon in situations where an angry spouse/life partner/etc gets a restraining order against the object of their ire and then proceeds to hang out at their work, favorite bar, etc.

in this case though its a simple case of security removing her from the stadium. ticket or no they can kick you out anytime for any reason

all im saying, if he hurt her finger, its her fault for not having atleast 2 people on him durring the horseplay, I mean, come on, its randy moss!!! you cant take him on one on one.

I hate greedy dirtbag lawyers as well. I look forward to the day when we can legally hunt them

Here is the dirtbag's, I mean atty’s, info. He has been in practice for less than 2 yrs. Looks like he is trying to get on the map, I personally would have chosen a different route.

That explains it--he went to the "U";)

"....Joe Friedberg, that he may ask for a continuance until after the Super Bowl."

Wonder if San Diego will use this as "bulletin board" material. The attitude that the SuperBowl is a forgone conclusion doesn't seem so "humble" either.

Trust me, I do this stuff for a living. People who are truly in fear do not wait 8 days to get a restraining order, then announce it to the media. Especially when the person she "fears" is over 1,000 miles away.

It's a crock and it's extortion.

The court date is currently after the San Diego game. If they get past San Diego, he might ask for a continuance. How's that bulletin board material?

3 words................A FINGER INJURY?

Per ESPN Article:
"In fact, it was Mr. Moss' representatives who first contacted our office to offer a 'six figure' settlement with hopes of not having this incident become public record," - her attorney, David McGill

This can easily be proven/disproven with just a glance at each person's phone records.

Phone records won't prove a thing beyond who called who first. Whatever was said in those conversations will not be known unless somebody has a recording.

There's a man & a woman hanging out and drinking. They fool around and the woman starts to cry saying her finger is broken. The man tells her "nah, that aint broken, believe me"

The woman asks the man to take her for xrays but he says "I can't drive man, I've had too much to drink" and the woman says she has too so let's call an ambulance.

The man says "are you kidding me? an ambulance? Man if we do that, my name will all over the papers. Honey, your finger is not broken, so let's just take care of it tomorrow"

That is my take on this.

I think you're almost spot on... and I think there was a blue moon that night.

No actually your wrong, her lawyer claimed they called him first. If the phone records only show him calling them first, as Randy's agents letter indicates, Ms Washington's lawyer lied and his creditability drops even further.

I wouldn't be surprised if this guy loses his license to practice law, he totally blew it !! GAME OVER

I never knew you needed 2 hands to drive a car or to call a cab even. My guess is she gave Randy the 1-finger salute and he took a whack at it. Randy needs to ho around with finer trim than that.

Also ... this women went to college and she can't stay in an apartment without getting evicted? Time to give up the nose cheese.

?

I'm at a loss as to why you say I'm wrong.

oops, your right ! You did say it proves who called first. I think what I meant to argue is that the fact who called who first has a bigger implication then you made it out to be.

Sorry about that !
