Moss accuser fires back after Moss comments - refuses to be disrespected

Yeah this is dumb. I hope Randy isn't thinking anything of it. Battery to a finger? Dumbest thing I've ever heard.

I'll tell you right now... If the game is on the line with 20 seconds left and Moss drops a sure touchdown pass on 4th down to lose the game or something, this woman is going to be in a world of trouble. She will be getting death threats daily.

Per ESPN Article:
"In fact, it was Mr. Moss' representatives who first contacted our office to offer a 'six figure' settlement with hopes of not having this incident become public record," - her attorney, David McGill

This can easily be proven/disproven with just a glance at each person's phone records.

This is silly. Put up or shut up, lady. Randy says he did nothing wrong...show us he did without hiding behind vague accusations.

After reading that statement I know why they are thinking of using lawyers for testing instead of lab rats.

There are things rats just won't do.

Let it go.....let it go

Funny how anytime you hear the word "disrespected" thrown out all you can see is a ton of dollar signs in the air. It's definitely all about the money.

Thanks to Ty Law and Lawyer Milloy for showing us this a while back. How much money does the lawyer think he can get from Moss?

I hate greedy dirtbag lawyers as well. I look forward to the day when we can legally hunt them

Interesting.. Wonder how true this is?

This woman seems like a gold digging biotch - Randy could have done better, alot better than picking this woman
Women surprise you. Everything is fine while it is fine, but there is a lot of truth to "a woman scorned."

Even nice women can get vindictive if you want to leave. This one isn't even that bad. Watch FATAL ATTRACTION. It will keep you faithful to your wife in this lifetime and for many, many reincarnaitons to come.

Interesting point. Since the calls were not local, it will be easy to see who called whom.

There's a man & a woman hanging out and drinking. They fool around and the woman starts to cry saying her finger is broken. The man tells her "nah, that aint broken, believe me"

The woman asks the man to take her for xrays but he says "I can't drive man, I've had too much to drink" and the woman says she has too so let's call an ambulance.

The man says "are you kidding me? an ambulance? Man if we do that, my name will all over the papers. Honey, your finger is not broken, so let's just take care of it tomorrow"

That is my take on this.

The thing to remember, we'll only know everything when it's over. My ONLY concern is that Randy's head is on straight, this I'm more then willing to leave in Bill Belichick's hands.

Honestly, no further comment from the Moss camp would be perfect, let them do their talking in the field ( court room )

JMTC

Wow...what happens if Chargers fans buy her a field level ticket to the game in Sunday? Surely that would be within 500 feet.

What a bummer...Belichick would have to design an offensive game plan that kept Randy at least 500 feet away...hmmmmm.....not possible.

What to do? What to do?

You made me wonder...there must be a clause that states the woman can't make any effort to get within 500' of Randy as well. Obviously she can't stand outside his home and expect him to move.

Now, now, now let's have some equal oppurtunity here. You men can get out of hand also. It's not just women. Ever see Sleeping with the Enemy?

I can't believe you guys are jumping all over this poor girl saying that she's is CLEARLY a gold digging biotch. It blows my mind because nothing has been proven yet. Because he plays for your team doesn't mean he's a role model. The guy could be an ass for all you know. I'm not going to jump to any conclusions either though, innocent until proven guilty. But don't be jumping on this girl and automatically calling her a biotch because she got attacked by SOMEONE. And don't be stupid enough to make "death threats" if you guys lose and blame her. That would be stupid and will land you in jail.

Just let it play out and the true story will come out in a few months.
If something serious had happened, and he had assaulted her, wouldn't the police have become involved and arrested him for assault?

There wasn't even a police report filed..was there?

What's the problem?
