I don't like the sounds of that either...

The guy has a wife and four kids, I don't approve if this is true.

I'm confused. The guys on WEEI (D&C) said that he's not married. They said that this morning. Which is it?
This is why I don't believe everything the media reports. We don't know all the facts, and I AM NOT going to speculate about somebody's personal life. Because I wouldn't like anyone to do that to me.
We all have skelaton's in our closets.

from the way Moss alluded to it yesterday, this was honestly what I was thinking: that they were doing the cutesy wrestling thing that guys do with their girlfriends and she hurt herself somehow. Usually when someone is accused of hitting their partners and they did it, they just outright deny that it happened. I can't remember the time when I heard someone deny it by making up a story about an "accident" they may be "guilty" of. Anyway, what possible injury could he have caused that is worth $500k? What did he accidentally cut off her leg? She seems like a girlfriend who he probably just bangs, but then doesn't treat like his girlfriend or wife and now she's gonna "get hers." Just speculation.

"Consensual horseplay" is pretty vague, so let's not jump to conclusions about his fidelity, either. He's known the chick for eleven years.

The "consensual" part of that phrase is a mistake by his legal team, because every time someone hears that phrase, the first thing that comes to mind is sex. Also, the lack of criminal charges tells me a lot.

You don't like what? There is nothing revealed to like or dislike, so what the hell are you talking about? If the man had an affair (which has not even been hinted at), what's the big deal? We are not the Moral Mojority hear bud. that just wouldn't be a big deal at all. There have been other Patriots who've had affairs. Have you judged them also?

I can NOT believe you actually stated "I don't approve"!!!! Are you kidding? YOU don't approve, oh my God what is the world coming to? Disco doesn't approve:rolleyes:

I don't think Randy is married...I think he has one of those "athlete-long-time-girlfriends".

They do have four kids together, but I don't think she ever got the GPS on his finger.

Well, wait a second. I have two platonic female friends that I've known for 11 years +. Granted, I'm not married and don't wrestle around with them...But it isn't inconceivable for Randy to have a girl that is his friend.

(For Randy, this is probably not the case but, you get my point)

that is the first thing that comes to mind.

but when you think about it more it sounds like they were wrestling or just messing around and goofing off and maybe she fell or hurt her leg or something

either way that stinks.

I'm not going to blindly approve of any action just because the person happens to wear the Patriots logo on Sunday.

I will support Randy through this but I will not approve of these actions if true. Not even hinted at? What the hell else is supposed to be made out of "Consensual Horseplay" at a random females house. Please...

I have no clue what happened, and would love for this to really just be, horseplay.

That's what I was saying. I beat my sister-in-law down all the time, and I'm pretty sure that there's no sex involved.

It sounds like they were just messing around and she hurt herself briefly, overreacted and Moss said "you're fine don't worry about it" and now she's using that to take advantage. If that's the case she's really a gold digging douchebag. As for Randy's wife/girlfriend and kids, yeah that sucks (if it was a sexual relationship here) but we aren't the moral judges here and sadly people have affairs all the time, especially famous people.

I'm pretty sure any type of sex with horses is illegal in Florida.

Not Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi or the Carolinas, mind you, but definitely in Florida.

This woman's lawyers are none too bright, either that or she's a complete idiot, or both.

If it was battery, then there should be Police involved also, a Police report is a pretty crucial piece of evidence in a he said she said battery case. Also "refused medical attention" if he physically restrained her that is also "kidnapping." Something tells me this woman is in over her head and while Moss will probably just end up giving her some small sum of money (i.e. medical bills) so that he doesn't have to go through a long legal drama, this will fizzle out quickly.

REVELATION: No one wants or cares for your approval, so why even make the statement?

I saw these same exact comments made toward non-Atlanta fans during the Micheal Vick scandal.
