I'll be honest, I have no good or bad feelings either way about the Patriots.

But I don't have a problem with a single Pat member either.

I'm here to humbly ask you to beat the pants of the Chargers, who I find to be the epitome of disrepect and dishonor in the NFL.

Rivers doesn't deserve to be called a man, and I want a Superbowl winner to be someone that my kids can look up to as representing good sportsmanship.

So here's one non-patriot fan who will still be rooting for ya. You may not be the team I want in the Superbowl (cry bad Saints defense) but at least your players respect the game.

Wow. Thanks. I can assure you that we will do our upmost to grant your request. Your kids will go far and you will be proud of them. its nice to see values being promoted on kids through sports. You guys proved that down there already last year. Kudo's to you, and the Saints Bro.

Wow, thanks. I figured the fan bases of 31 teams would be rooting for the Chargers.

Most of them are. Check the giant "How much do you hate the Patriots" thread on Saintsreport.com.

Thanks for the kind words though, Tri.

Why thank you VERY much for your kind words. I am sure you are going to get plenty of responses like this and like above. We are not used to hearing things like this anymore.

Good luck to your Saints in the future. A couple of stout D players and you should be on your way!

You should be kissing SD's butt for producing Reggie Bush and letting Brees walk. nah, jk. If you want to think Rivers "doesn't deserve to be called a man" then I'll respect that. To me, football is a game of fun, not a machine. Rivers has fun and doesn't really say anything too bad. He told Cutler (who started the screaming match BTW) "bye baby".....ooooo ouch. He YELLED and disrespected the Colts fans by saying "I'll be back"..........oh smack good one Philip, you really hurt em there. Not to mention all the "yelling" he does at his own players on the sidelines. I'm sure that Peyton Manning doesn't yell at his own playe......oh wait, he's a leader, he's a superbowl champion, and he yells at his own players. Hmmmm, makes ya think if Manning should be considered "not a man" by people too.
So, my main point is that ESPN creates stories and themes to keep games interesting and also tries to convince people that certain teams/players are evil. Since the "classy" incident the media has been ALL OVER the Chargers just looking for an excuse to call them hypocrites. Rivers acted EXACTLY the same way last year, just no cameras were on him. My mentality is that if everyone thinks something is blue, then it must not be blue! I don't REALLY believe that the Pats are the "evil empire", I don't believe that Rivers is REALLY a jerk (excluding the fact that I've met him a couple times), and I don't think that the Colts are the perfect NFL team. I just don't buy into everything that is force fed into the media by other forms of media. Sorry.

I actually agree with you on the media and the nonsense. They LOOK for something negative to talk about. I don't think that will change soon.

That being said, I really do think that LT is a whiner. As for Rivers, if he gets into the game too much, well, that happens and he didn't say anything really negative. But LT, darn keep your mouth shut.

And thanks for taking out the Colts, I just do NOT like that team.

Here's to a good game.
