I get the odd feeling that if the dolphins were chosen to play to patriots in the afcc next week, he'd pick them to win too. :D

Now if only we can get every other media member to pick the chargers, the patriots will win by about 50 points.

Good that means we will win.

At least he's consistent.
Staring into my crystal ball, Mike Ditka and Shannon Sharpe will pick the Chargers too.

Merrill is a closet Homo

hell... keep em coming... let everybody say the chargers are gonna win...

we already played them and embarrassed them.
it won't even be a contest.

saying 'this is a different team' won't change that. that's just the media trying to keep interest. truth is, chargers are same bunch of clueless losers and are coached by an idiot, and now their three biggest 'stars' are all banged up.

please.

on to the superbowl after another beating.

bring on lord favre.

lolz......

hodge didn't pick the chargers .he picked the pats on espn .

Wow, the Jags, Colts, and Chargers are all supposed to beat the Patriots... this team ****** blows.

I was impressed by the tenacity they showed today, winning with backups and all. But the fundamental question is who will outscore the Patriots? The Jags were the second best offense in the second half of the season, and though Garrard played well overall on Saturday night, it was not enough. And this is taking into account that the best receiver in the league had one catch for 14 yards, so you can't tell me that taking him out of the equation is how you beat the Pats (newsflash to the rest of the NFL: Brady won three superbowls before he got here).

I don't see Brady forcing passes that aren't there, so as long as everyone else keeps their hands on the ball it should negate the chargers biggest strength which is creating turnovers.

And I say bring on Eli. Two weeks of Favre worship will be too much for any sane individual.

Does it really matter if he did or didn't pick the Pats to win?Its basically irrelevant at this point.I'd love for every single ESPN analyst to pick against us.

This is playoffs.. Forget about the 38-14 mmkay?

damn that's a bad sign, he picked us over NE last year too lol
