Re: Brrrr...get ready for a chilly AFCC (Merged)

Didn't seee the thread that Pats1 started so I merged this one with it.

Must have thought it had something to do with the Colts.

Bitterly cold temps. for Sundays game.

If Sandiego thought they were going to have it hard coming to New England, wait until they see the weather forecast. For the most part is supposed to be dry, but the forecast is calling for very cold temps. I don't know about you guys but if you're nnot used to the cold it can cripple you. When I first moved back up here to VT from Florida it was 45-50 degrees and it felt almosst unbearable. The cold isn't going to feel that good to Sandiego especially with all the recent injuries.

would be nice if it was cold and snowing, that would be fun to watch. with a week till the game though lots of weather changes could happen

Re: Bitterly cold temps. for Sundays game.

Add this to the list of reasons SD won't win Sunday. Indy at least had an outdoor climate close to NE to practice in - what's SD going to practice in? A meat locker?

Think about this - SD is probably halfway home RIGHT NOW. They have to travel cross-country AGAIN on Saturday. They are going to be one tired bunch.

What about the wind? Cold alone is fine, if it's windy that's not great.

great point... how do you simulate this? not possible as I see it unless you lay turf in an iceskating rink

Note to Chargers fans flying in for the game: Just pack an extra T-shirt. You'll be fine. ;)

Maybe Chargers can practice inside a meat packing factory

I know its hard to predict weather a week in advance, but here in Winnipeg on thursday (8 hrs north of Minneapolis) its supposed to be 25F with windchills around -10F. Winds S 20-30MPH. That weather will drift east later in the week.
