Tom Brady: “I’m all Zen."

Hard to believe that paper would screw up a simple q&a from a reporter to an athlete. But, they did.

How about misquoting Brady concerning Laurence.

Brady said something to effect " Because of the attention our passing game is getting, Laurence has been lost in all that "

The press has turned that into " Laurence was lost during that time "

I watched that interview and the first quote is what I heard, not the second one.

I watched his presser on NFL Network. They aren't great. But, they are compared to ESPN. Good thing for live footage or we'd have to rely on our reliable reporters for the good dope

Typical misquote.

I was interviewed at my job by the internal PR person about a project we have going.

He completely misheard what I said, and actually wrote the opposite of what I meant.

The project is only tentative and speculative. We're researching it. I said that right now we are "concentrating" on making a few things more cohesive before we determine the feasibility of the project.

Next morning he wrote that my unit is forming a new "concentration" within the company (in our business, "concentration" is a term used to designate an official unit). I got called into a few offices about that one.

Pretty funny, but not so much on that morning.

Did you guys hear the last question he was asked in that interview?
Some dude in the back asked him if he thought he was a handsome quarterback!
It was Moss!

Man, oh, man, we need more English as a first language, not less.

Or should I say fewer?
