I was just wondering if you were one of the firsts to get in the lots, will you be one of the firsts to leave (or be in a better position to get out quickly)? And if that's the case, will you get in the lots quickly if you get there at 4, or will there be traffic backed up on RT1 waiting for the gates to open?

Thanks

Even if you are there first they put u in the very back in some lots..being last sometimes is better..traffic will be backed up but probally at about 2 miles until the stadium unlike the usual back up to 495 if you go later

Don't plan on getting out quick whether you're first in or last in. The lots literally turn into a logjam. Usually what we do is pull out the chairs and eat some munchies and have a few drinks. We usually get out in about an hour or hour and a half. That's from P9. The last game was the best yet. We were out onto RT. 1 in about 20 minutes after getting to the car.

Plan on bringing something to eat/drink for a little bit. It's better than sitting in your car and getting frustrated.

Thanks for the info guys, so what time would you recommend getting to the gates before they open to avoid the traffic?

Hey whats the deal with the access road? Its only for club seats right? Is there security which checks for special passes or something?

get there 4 hours pregame! not later... traffic wont be too bad... if you wait until 2 hours pregame, for example, you will spend another hour just getting in... so you will only be there 1 hour pregame, which is time to head straight in the stadium.
traffic leaving will suck no matter what. bring food for postgame; and laugh at the people in a rush to get home... wait one hour, then you can just drive out.

gates officially open 4 hours pregame, unofficially, before that. for an 8pm game, be AT THE GATE at 4PM sharp, and you will be happy... ill actually be there at 3:45, myself

club seats/luxury boxes. yes they check your pass. and it isnt really that much of a time-saver. a waste of money if you ask me.

smokeshow is right... we always bring food to cook after the game... we fire up the grill again, cook a small bunch of food, and by the time we eat again and pick up our stuff, there are no lines/no waiting to leave... best way to do it.
