I found it under a google image search "hines ward crying". Just after the game and I deleted and then someone asked me for it. I searched again several times but could not find it.

It was on a Browns "hate steelers" site as I recall.

Then The Bus didn't retire, they went out and won a record 5th Super Bowl for the franchise, and Ward was the Super Bowl MVP.

I don't think anyone has said anything negative about Ward or how football players shouldn't cry. He wants to razz his fellow fan in good humor. Don't take it deeper then that. If Brady was crying I would expect to get spammed by all friends who are Jet fans. I wouldn't take it as a knock on the player them self.
