Apparently not. There is NO respect on this board for the Jags, nor on any national board. We have no chance, according to you and the media.

We will show up and we will play. We may very well lose, but we are there.

Anything can happen. We have nothing to loose. You do.

If you have a ticket, you should show up. Otherwise it's a waste of a perfectly good ticket.

Well, if you go by what Patriots coaches and players are saying, you should most certainly show up, because you're certainly being spoken highly of and should at least feel good about that. Yes, unlike other teams, we are customarily complimentary of our opponents, but if you read between the lines it's clear there is a legitimate respect there. So yes, you should most certainly show up, just don't do so expecting to win. :rocker:

Oh brother... You think the opinion of fans on a message board has something to do with the actual feeling of the team?

Belichik was just on the radio talking about how great your team is. The pats are showing the jags nothing but respect. Unlike the trash talking fools on your team.

Nothing to lose? Thats a laugh. If you lose Delrio will get fired , and it will be just another year the jags cant take the division from the colts , and they are one and done in the playoffs.

I don't know what your talking about?? This board has shown much respect for the Jags and not many people think this game will be a walk through. i for one was hoping that the Titans were gonna pull off a miracle win agaisnt the Bolts so we could play them and avoid playing the jags. I think the members on this board are just showing confidence in our team and thats it. The media (especially guys on ESPN radio) has been saying all along that Jacksonville was the one team they think that might knock the Pats off, so i am not sure where your coming from. now if your gonna hang out on this board you better believe that us Pats fans are gonna think that the Pats are gonna win, and a bunch of us may even say that the Pats are gonna dominate the Jags, but what would you expect on a Patriots Fan message board? Good luck to your team.

You must show up and support your team... It's a game of football.. You should cheer your team and hope they play their very best...

Although I doubt your very best will be enough to beat the Pats... maybe your best may have beaten the 06 team but not this one...

However, you should play well and make it at least a close game... that should be victory enough for the Jags...

But beating the Pats ? I seriously think you should not entertain that hope..

I love how all these fans come on when they play us and play this whole "we have nothing to lose" card. Ofcourse you have something to lose, you are a playoff team and your season will be over if you lose. If you want to justify losing than I guess thats fine, don't wanna set yourself up for a letdown if you want.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Maybe you need to listen to one of those Tony Robbins tapes. Just because nobody gives you a chance, doesn't mean that you should have to ask the question whether you should show up and play.

Honestly, NO. You shouldn't. Jax is going to get killed. You're a tough, but one-dimensional team. Belichick will, for the most part, take away that one dimension and Garrard can't possibly put up more than, say, 20 and there's no WAY you hold the Pats under 27, even if Cassel plays. It's over.
