Wanted to get a clear consensus on what we’re all expecting.

To be quite honest, over the past few seasons I’ve learned better then to really expect teams – not named the New England Patriots – to beat the Colts.

Almost every time I’ve done so, I’ve been lead to disappointment. Although the Chargers are currently on a two game winning streak against the Colts.

(2007) Week 10
Chargers: 23
Colts: 21

(2005) Week 15 Ended Colts undefeated season @ 13-0
Chargers: 26
Colts: 17

I will tell you one thing though, I sure as hell have a lot more confidence in this Chargers team to get it done then I had in having to watch the god awful Chiefs/Ravens try to in last years playoffs.

I’ll be rooting for the Chargers, but if the Colts win, so be it. Not afraid of them, or anyone in the NFL at this point but I think we could all agree the Chargers would be a much easier path to the Super Bowl.

The chargers have that smug look again. They were so happy with their sloppy win over the bears in week one, came into foxboro and were waxed. That same smug look was on their face after the titans game. I expect a similar result against the colts this coming week. If any other offense excluding the bucs was on that field, the bolts give up 30 points.

Colts in a trip to the woodshed.

Not in any pools or anything, but I think Indy probably gets it done at home.

The Bolts barly beat the titans, I think thast the Dolts are going to slap that stupid grin off of Philip Rivers face.

Think so too ,unless Peyton manning gets intercepted/or fumbles 6 times like the previous game wich wont happen this time.

I’m really anxious to see how Marvin Harrison looks in this game.

Also if there’s one team that’s going to go right for his knee, it’s the Chargers…

As much as I do not like them, hard not to pick the Colts in their dome..

I'd love it if the Chargers won, but it ain't gonna happen.

If the Titans had any kind of offense they would have won yesterday so I think the Dolts should win easy. That said I would love to make LT cry again here in Gillette.

My only real question is who Harrison is going to fit into the offence. Assuming we can get by JAX, it's the Cotls we'll be playing.

The Colts minus....

-RCA Dome advantage / Alleged artificial noise.
-Dwight Freeney
-146 Patriots Penalty Yards
-Brady throwing 2 INTs

= Pats by 10+ instead of 4.

17 unanswered and an 11 point win is classified as "barely", eh? Pretty rarefied air patsfans are breathing these days. ;)

I am not expecxting SD to win, but I want SD to win because the Pats can handle SD rather easily.

I believe I'll be taking the Chargers.

Not sure they know enough about anatomy to find his knees. Don't 'roids fry your brains as well as your genitals?

Colts. If nothing else, than to see that look on Pay Me's face after the ACCFG like in 2003 :D

Plus the added legacy of having played the toughest possible schedule to get the VL trophy for the Pats obviously.

Good thing Harrison is not a scholar.....or a porn star.

That the strongest you can make the statement?

You're right, let's try again. I believe Merriman will have Peyton Manning bent over his knee, spanking him on the 50 yard line. Better? :rocker:
