there is no better widely available pre-game predictor of games than the point spread
Unlike the Squealers and their boistrous fans, the Goobers of flyover country are legitimate and worthy rivals. Yeah, I hate Polian but respect the way he drafts and constructs a franchise. Manning's excellence only makes the Patriots achievements all that much more respectable.

Actually the point spread is a gambling mechanism, not a formula to predict the chances of winning, so sorry to say it, but you're wrong on that count.
He's been petty solid under pressure this year. Better TD/INT than Brady. It may be difficult to rattle him, especially since he's so mobile.
