I keep reading threads and articles talking about the Jax - Pats match up.

Could be Colts-Jax / Pats - Titans next week.

True. Fisher's a good coach. Turner, not so much.

Still, talent-wise (and health-wise), the Chargers have a big advantage.

Tenn keys:

1. contain the run- if they can limit, not stop, LT they can put the game in Rivers' hands.

2. force FG's, get TD's in the red zone

3. Young stays healthy- give Young a chance in the 4th and good things may happen

4. do not allow SD to gain momentum. They tend to ride high very well, but they have a habit of falling apart during hard times.

5. history- SD has playoff failures on their minds

Maybe because we don't know that the Titans will beat SD yet? Just a wild guess on my part.

Because nobody cares about the Titans, that's like beating Miami again. I haven't seen a worse QB in the playoffs in a long time.

Titans Keys to the game:

1. Talk a lot of trash, if they can out talk the Chargers they will be on their way to victory.

2. Be classy, it is difficult to outclass the classiest organization on Earth, but the Titans must find a way.

3. Credit themselves for success they have not had yet. If the Titans can somehow imagine that they have already won 5 Superbowls they may be able to think more highly of themselves than the Chargers do.

4. If all else fails, cry and call a member of the opposing team the sorriest in the league.

Try as I might, I just can't see the Titans beating SD. That's even counting in SD's inevitable post-season choke.

Excellent post! Seriously, I love watching them melt down. I've never seen anything like it. I used to have so much respect for LT and loved watching him play. Now, I can't wait for his press conferences after another loss, it's high comedy.

GREAT post.

SD keys:

1. Protect your knees against cheap-shots.

2. Better QB play -- should be easy for most teams, but ... SD?

3. Staying classy, since that's what they are all about.

4. Better sack dances.

Don't get me wrong - I would LOVE to show the Titans some love, but they are so banged up I can't see them doing anything in SD. I will be shocked if it is not a blowout.

Titans will receive a lot of loves from SD tonight. I'm afraid that they can't take it.

Dolphins sure did not receive any love from every NFL team in this season.
