It's an editorial that was likely written before the game was played. Two versions (Pats win/Pats lose) were likely written. If that's the case, then someone obviously posted the wrong version. Otherwise, the editorial board of the Plain Dealer have early bedtime...

And they don't like to be reminded of that. The city is really in decline. The entire downtown area closes at 5PM.

Honestly, it's a shame. When I used to travel the country on business I was always treated the best and had the best time in the rust-belt cities like Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Pitt has been doing a good job of reviving itself with a new post-industrial economy, but poor Cleveland is in trouble.
