I thought it was piss-poor. If he called a TO at the end of the game, it would've forced the Titans to at least run 1 more play - obviously the odds of a turnover happening would've been astronomical, but at least act like you give a s*&$ about the game. I have no problem with sitting starters in a meaningless game, but I couldn't believe he did that, especially when another team's playoff hopes were at stake. I know the Colts don't owe the Browns anything, but I think it would've been a respectful gesture to call the TO. Even Michaels and Madden kind of got on them for not doing so.
