The Giants went all out today.
We all know how badly Pats opponents play the next week.

So the Giants lost tonight.
Does this also negatively impact their chances next week?

If they lose next week too; I bet alot of NYG fans will be blasting the coach.

I don't think they're doomed to lose next week; but I do think their chances of winning have dropped dramatically.

Yes, I beleive they will lose. They played the BEST game of the year. Left it out on the feild and LOST 2 STARTERS in the process. Not sure it was the smartest move, but can't say they don't have guts.

Yeah Coughlin will get hammered for it too.

It was already going to be tough to go on the road in the post season (it always is). Add in the Giant's inconsistency and I think this game has a chance to really put the whammy on them. I won't be betting, but if I was...

In addition to challenging obvious plays and not challenging other questionable ones, Coughlin managed to play his starters the entire game, or until they were injured. Then he tops this off with horrific game management and play calling at the end of the 4th quarter.

I believe those morons lost at least 3 starters due to injuries.

He's done.

I agree.
I'm sure Tampa Bay loved to watch them play there starters the whole game. We have a bye; the Giants didn't.

Coughlin is going to get lit up over losing 2 starters when they lose next week. I would like to thank him for an exciting Saturday night, but he was in a no win situation tonight.

Yes the Patriot curse will hit them. Look at Philly and Baltimore. Too much emotion and energy put into this game when they have a playoff game next week.

The Tampa Bay Bucs, in their garbage NFC South division, will be outclassed next weekened.

He did the right thing.

If he rests his starters, they get blown out tonight, and badly.

That's a much worse thing to go into the playoffs with. He had no choice.

i think they will lose...

they had at least two very serious players hurt....which sucks

but, there should be NO fan of the NFL who cheered for the giants tonight, b/c they almost beat NE.....who will then go back and bash the giants next week
