FO ranks the best teams ever through 15 games, since they began tracking NFL play by play in 1996.
1. NE 2007
2. StL 1999 (won SB)
3. StL 2001 (lost to NE in SB)
4. GB 1996 (won SB)
5. Ind 2004 (lost to NE in playoffs)
6. NE 2004 (won SB)
7. Pit 2004 (lost to NE in playoffs)
8. Ind 2007 (lost to NE in regular season)
9. Ind 2005 (lost to Pit in playoffs)
10. SD 2006 (lost to NE in playoffs)
Heading into this season, every team on the list either went on to win the SB or was eliminated by the Brady/BB Pats, except the '05 Colts, who blew it against Pit.

Also, Maroney's standing continues to increase. He now ranks #1 in the NFL in success % among all rbs. Among starting rbs, Maroney is 4th in value per play behind Barber, Westbrook and the injured Ronnie Brown, and 6th in overall production in the NFL. He is improving by leaps and bounds.
