Giants week

I would assume the Giants are more likely to rest starters as they have less (nothing) to play for and no bye the following week.

I would say no because they are so inconsistent right now and imo resting them might actually hurt them in the long run. Do i see us beating the pats? Not a chance in hell but as the saying goes any given Sunday.

I'll take your word from it since you know your team better than me - but without the bye if I were Coughlin I'd definitely sit selective players who need a rest - and play those who need fine tuning... so I'm not sure we'll see all starters next week

The Pats game is meaningless - the first playoff game is not. And whether the Giants are the 5th or the 6th seed (does Saturday's outcome possibly affect that?) They still need to beat their team 2 weeks from now regardless of the bracket - and have some tough games no matter which bracket as well.

So bracket wise I don't see them having anything to play for.

No win or loose we are the 5th seed and play tampa 1st round. I agree to sit a few key players ie Burress (ankle) Strahan (age) and Jacobs (ankle).
