Nah..it was National Sports Advisors...Maroney drove him to it

Don Shula?`
I thought I heard it was "Crackhead" Morris.....from what they said on Channel 5....the victim was "rapping" all the way down!!! :)

why? if they dove intentionally..

Possible they may have some form of depression/ilness. Isn't christmas time one of the worst times for suicides? Not nice to hear and sometimes I too hope people can get over whatever they're going through and live life.

Some drunken stupid ****. He deserves what he ends up with.

Hope he didn't bet the christmas gifts on the Pats giving 22pts, that might make me jump too!

This didn't happen on the overpass on RT 1. It was the overpass in the lots between P8 and the stores. It happened probably 2 minutes before we were going to go under the overpass. Security and cops weren't letting anybody under. Med-flight was there for almost an hour (not a good sign.)

According to Channel 5 at 11, he got a running start and jumped off thinking there was a snowbank down below. He started screaming when he got over the rail. It's a 17' drop. EMS said he was unconscious and unresponsive when they got to him. They secured his airway and transferred care over to Med-Flight. His identity and condition are not being released, but they said he was 20 years old.

According to witnesses he appeared to be intoxicated.

LOL, I wish. That would be hilarious.
On ESPN today they talked about how the Pats won the snowplow game vs the Dolphins by making a kick and taking it 3-0.
Old geezer Shula is still bitter about that one.
Oh and btw the Pats took away a scoring record from the 1984 Dolphins today. Yeah way to stick it to them!
All that's left is next week, to take the perfect season record.
Shula might literally have a cow. :)

that is horrible.

And how people can say they don't hope someone in that situation is ok - regardless of how it happened - is absolutely beyond me.

intoxicated? I'm shocked. I think I would have looked 1st to be sure there was a snowbank there, but then again, I don't drink anymore.

Guess that explains why we didn't move from P10 until about 9:30PM.

Ouch, that's no good. Hope he is okay...

... and btw why is he drinking at 20 years anyway?!!?... God if I ever find a 20 year old with beer I'll smack em...

oh yeah, wait...:bricks:

Snowbank or no snowbank I'm not jumping. I watched a kid jump into a "snowbank" when I was a kid and he broke his leg.

My cousin lived down the street from the Holiday Inn in Somerville and behind it was a small parking garage and behind that a big open paved lot. Well they plowed the snow from the lot up against the parking garage wall. We thought it would be fun to jump into the Snowbank from the top of the parking garage (2nd level), the first kid jumped and broke his leg. The snowbank was an icebank.

I think the intoxicated part had more to do with it lol.
