This is my 1st post on this board and I have been lurking here for a couple of years. it's been very entertaining to say the least. I was watching the Jest game again on NFL network and was excited to see the re-emergence of BigSey,Lomo, Geno, and AD, of course. But what really stood out to me was the fact that Jr. was running around out there like a 20 year old kid. He looked extremely fast, had 2 sacks and a ton of tackles and was literally all over the field. I remember when Jr. broke his arm last year, our D was not the same and we very wounded against the run especially after that. The guy is a monster. This is after what, 16 years in the league? The guy is simply amazing. Props to Jr.- certified Hall of famer!!!

I agree! Jr. has been amazing for us and has helped to show that though age brings some slowness, intelligence and experience can certainly contribute to a top notch defense (along with Bruschi, Harrison etc.).

no question, junior has to be the most underpaid player on the roster. he only makes 1 mil.

Good topic - and good 1st post! Yes, he is very deserving, I love his enthusiasm and energy - and I'm sure his teammates do also. With his increased workload of late, I'm just hoping and praying he holds up and avoids the injury bug as we enter the strech run. So - go Junior - help us get ring #4 - and your first...:)

He certainly can get some props from me. One positive thing that's happened since Colvin went down, is Junior playing more on running downs; he's shooting gaps like he's 27 again. He's seemingly spending 20 mins each game in the opponent's backfield.

Jr is a big part of our Defense. I'm thankful he was willing to come out of retirement to play for the Patriots.

before junior, there was beisel....i cannot imagine watching beisel hitting the wrong gaps for more than one season.

Junior has done a great job coming in and making some very good plays.....he has fulfilled exactly what BB appeared to hope he could provide........experience and leadership.......

He gets some props now and hopefully his first ring later.. :)

Tough as Nails. Remember how mangled his arm was last year? I never thought he would come back from that.

Win one for Junior!!! Which brings up an interesting question....How many current Pats have never won the ring? Close to half? Junior, Moss, Welker, Maroney, Kaczur, Mankins, Meriweather, Cassel...........

He got props from me week 1 of the 2006 season. His coverage led to the JP Losman sack, providing the deciding points. Since then he's been one of our very best players.

PROPS.....Junior had a helluva game against the Jets. I expected nothing out of him when we picked him up. I'm glad he proved me wrong. Foxboro...where ex-Dolphins go to thrive.

You're next Taylor.

Imagine if this already HOF player makes it to 20 years ... will that ever be accomplished? Please ... George Blanda & kickers don't count when compared to JR..:p

not all 20 year olds are kids :(

Yeah man. That arm snapped like a twig. I really thought he wouldn't be back.
