Would you rather face SD or IND in AFCCG?

Simple question, say we beat whoever we play in the divisional round, and we move on to the AFCCG....who would u like us to meet?

the colts or SD if those are the two options?

SD is the hot team right now, and they do have LT, and it will be in foxboro...

the colts have a similar offense to ours, but their D is relied heavily on speed, which will hurt them in the cold/snow, but they are the Colts...

i dont know, we have to really play both, to show that we can beat SD when they play good, and IND, when they arnt injured (which would be a stupid argument the second time around b/c of injured freeney etc instead of marvin this time)

personally, i think the easier game will be agianst the colts

SD...Rivers sucks, we've shutdown LT in the past and the Chargers don't have a lot of big game experience.

i think it's an easy answer

you just beat the chargers by what 24? or more? and you had to come back late vs indy

no brainer, you should want to play the chargers

but a true fan IMO wants to face the best, and the colts are the better team

(i'm a charger fan by the way)

Other than Indy who have the Chargers beaten?

Answer: Nobody

Even Indy they had the perfect storm where Indy was playing their 3rd road game in 4 games and the home game was the emotional game vs the Patriots the week before.

Manning had the worst game of his career with 6 picks and the Chargers could still only win by 2. Any other week Indy rolls.

The only other team with a winning record they have a win against is Tenn and if Tenn doesn't go into a shell they don't win that one.

The Pats would be crazy to want the Colts. The Colts are a very tough team to beat for the Pats. Some teams just play certain teams tougher the others. For example, the Colts play better against the Pats than they do against the Chargers. The Chargers seem to have Peyton figured out. They picked him 6 times in the last game. It's all about matchups.

I don't know. If we really still have problems vs. the run, we are better off facing Indy. The Chargers can obviously run the ball, but Indy can't run the ball anymore. Over the last six weeks, their running game has been horrible and they can't even average over 3 YPC or 80 yards per game during that stretch.

Definately. Or if not the better team, the biggest rival. Jags and Browns might both be better than the Steelers, but I would derive much more satisfaction from beating the Steelers.

I'm very glad the Chargers took third seed. Now it looks like we play the Steelers AND the Colts!!!! How can a post season be better than that?

I don't understand fans who have no faith in their team, who don't believe we are real at 14-0, and want us to back into the superbowl by playing the weakest teams possible.

Gimme the hated enemy to play. I want Colts and Steelers. If one of them loses, then gimme the Chargers in their place.

After that I don't care. Jags are JAGs, and Browns are dogmeat.

I believe the Browns and Chargers are the 2 teams that cannot beat us in Foxboro. Jags, Steelers, and Colts have a chance.

SD. Last time we saw them in the playoffs they were giving away a game they should have won. Last time we saw the Colts in the playoffs they won a game they could (should?) have lost.

SD is undisciplined and has a recent track-record of under-performing expectations. I'll take that over the defending champions every day of the week.

After that I look at the quarterbacks. Peyton blows in the playoffs, while Rivers just plain blows. Another vote for SD.

Besides, I want LDT to cry after playing NE. I don't want the Colts fans to get that joy.

Oh, and I hate the notion that you need to beat your rival or it's somehow less fulfilling. I have no complaints that the Sox didn't face NY in the playoffs.
