transcript of what he said.

COLLINSWORTH ON PATRIOTS: "You ready for my yeah, yeah, yeah comment of the day? The Patriots won today, 14-0, congratulations to them but if they were playing anyone but the Jets today it could have very easily gone the other way. They did almost nothing offensively and we saw once again when this team can't drop back and throw it in a bad weather day like we saw in Baltimore, they're just not quite the same team."

COLLINSWORTH ON BELICHICK-MANGINI END OF GAME HANDSHAKE: "Bill Belichick may have effectively ended all 'spygate' discussions and the whole feud with Eric Mangini with two simple words at the end of the handshake: 'good game.'"

Wonderful, now we're going to hear he and Costas go off with more "what if" scenarios to argue that the Colts should be undefeated right now and the Patriots could be scrapping for a playoff spot.

Collinsworth, what about those Colts yesterday? How 'bout that dominating effort against the playoff bound Raiders? AND THEY WERE IN OAKLAND!

The only thing similar to the Ravens game was the W, and I'll take that any day.

I finally got to see Collinsworth's roleplay as Mangini on HBO the other day & that was trully disgusting. Not only encouraging the idea of injurying players, but making a joke of it all. Tis the season I suppose!

Collinsworth is jackass. Nuff said.

Excuse me, who is Collinsworth? and why should we care what the eff he says?

Collinsworth and Costas anti-Pats is clearly a Middle America vs. East Coast thing.

per Wikipedia: Chris Collinsworth was a mediocre wide receiver for the Cincinatti Bungles during the 1980's. He currently leads all post NFL'ers in inaccuracies of reporting and in plastic surgery attempts.

Collinsworth did a total 180 on the videotaping.

He went ape sh** over the whole thing and a week later said it was no big deal.

He's a friggin weather vane. He points in whichever direction the current breeze is blowing....like most of the media turds.

both teams play in these conditions so i don't think manning would have faired much better. in fact manning looked shaky at times agaisnt the raiders in good weather.

Last time I looked Patty Manning threw 6 interceptions in bad weather. Mind you the Indy hacks had us believing that was in actual fact a Manning master class

Yes, but the question is are the Colts better equipped to execute a Running game more effectively against the Pats. I think the Colts run offense does better against our defense then our run offense does against there Defense. No one can deny that bad weather really takes away the strength of this Pats team and of course that isn't ideal for us!

Pats running average is higher than Colts. If Brady can't throw because of the weather doesn't it stand to reason Manning won't be able to throw either? Colts had success running last game because the Pats were playing pass first. What happened to the Colt's running game in the 2nd half?

Psssssssssst; Collinsworth = PF1996

Collingworth-less didn't even watch the game...................... He just saw the score.

In those conditions, 20-10 was as good as a blowout. The JETS never had a chance at all. Outside of a dumb punter screw-up, it was a lopsided 17 pt. affair.

Just to set the record straight, colts recievers dropped 7 passes in the Raiders game. And if throwing for 60 percent, 270 yards and 1td, 1 pick is "shaky", then what would you call brady's performance? Just Curious.
