Say it's snowing in the couple days leading up to the game, would the Pats keep the field covered so it stays in decent condition? Or would they do the same thing as the 2004 AFCCG and leave the field uncovered to slow up the track? I think given the roster this year the Pats would wanna keep the field in good condition, thoughts?

I'm still hoping Bob Kraft can get that retractable roof installed by this Sunday.

I say they take a giant blowtorch to the field minutes before kickoff so that the rubber is all soft and gooey.

Hopefully they will do whatever BB thinks will help the Pats, that's why they call it the home field advantage, which the Pats earned of course with their win over Indy.

He'd BB leave the field uncovered if he thought it would slow down the colts. But I don't know if that would work on an artificial surface probably not.

Brady will offer God a date with Giselle in exchange for intermittent snow flurries that only start with Colt's offensive possessions, and end when Brady takes the field.

If there is three feet of snow, I would imagine that BB will make sure the cameras have sufficient stability first and foremost.

Has everyone gone mad? People are talking like the Colts, a DOME team, have an advantage playing in a bitter cold Gillette Stadium and that the Pats are not a cold-weather team. They practice every day in that crap. The Colts will have 3 days of practice to adjust to that climate.

And which QB would you rather have in a cold-weather game? The guy who has like 50 starts in it and 1 loss or the guy who plays in a dome?

This is what makes me smile. Like everyone on the colts roster is from puerto rico and doesnt know what snow is. Alot of our players are from hometowns and colleges with equivelant weather to New England. And remember, every team, even year to year is a different team.

The field was covered for two days prior to the AFCCG. There was a 24 hour webcam at Gilette. The whole time the media was squawkin' about that, the field was covered.

we don't need a Colt troll telling us to do or remember anything..maybe some day you'll finally find that elusive clue.

COuld have fooled us the last few times they played in weather at Foxboro. It appeared the whole Colts team was from Samoa.

You're post makes me smile. Manning and the dolts stink in bad weather,or even cold weather.

Im pretty sure every game is played in some sort of weather. And dont live in the past, it can give you a false sense of security. I like the samoa crack though, that was good.

People used to constantly say that Brett Favre couldnt win in a dome, until he won a super bowl in one and then they shut up.

2003- The Colts nearly beat the Pats in their dome. They went to Foxboro in January and looked terrible.

2004- The Colts nearly beat the Pats in Foxboro in September. They went to Foxboro in January and looked terrible.

2007- The Colts nearly beat the Pats in their dome. They come to Foxboro in January....

January 2007, the pats blew a 21-3 lead in the Dome to the CHAMPS. Different team, different year. You never know, thats why they play em.(see 2006 Boise State vs. Oklahoma, who most thought didnt deserve to be there.)

Yeah it was in the DOME. Indy wouldn't be able to do that in Foxboro.

And since Indy and NE are different teams in a different year, NE will be the CHAMPS, not Indy.

I don't think I'll be quiet any time soon.BF only did it once. And since that one time he's thrown about 5 picks for everry TD in playoff games in a dome.
