I guess everyone is scared of the weather, I hope this doesn't mean the crowd is going to stink but then the ones there will be hard core probably. I've never seen so many 100 Section tickets available on the service before.

Cool! The caviar crowd is leaving! W00t!

After yesterday's traffic nightmare, I can't say I blame those people.

Hopefully everyone goes late to the game, that way my drive in to hit the lots right at 9 will be nice and smooth:rocker:

Sounds to me the pink hats are leaving, now hopfuly there will be more fans who will actually participate in the game!

Wouldn't that be pink helmets?

Curious, I wonder if there are some "fair weather" fans in Foxboro?? In Indy, we seem to get some flak because of our domed stadium, etc..., I would love to have an open air stadium, and be exposed to the natural elements. NE seems to embrace this setting, yet the fans are fleeing in response to the weather. I'm shocked:eek:

Why are you surprised? If even 10% of the attending fans at a game suck, and that's a conservative estimate, that's still 6,000+ sucky people. Every team is going to get all different kinds of people in their fanbase.

Oh, I agree. But if this were the other way around, the entire Colt fanbase would be ridiculed. I couldn't let this pass without doling out some sort of "ribbing"!!;)

Good for you. So PatsFans has a few idiots who would ridicule the Colts' fansbase for something ridiculous. With you taking the same low-road, I can only conclude that the Colts' have the same kind of idiot-fans.

Personally, I would never give up my seat for anything. :rocker:

This isn't just "some bad weather" coming our way, they are predicting a serious Noreaster with a foot+ of accumulation over a very short timespan.

My guess is some folks are really worried more about travel then sitting in their seats.

"Fleeing"? "Hundreds of seats" is still probably < 1%.

And given the fact Pats fans are spread over a wide area -- New England -- travel difficulties if there is a blizzard (which a couple of days ago looked likely, now less so) could easily make it very difficult for some fans to get to the game and get home. Can't tell how many are in this category, but I am sure there are some.

If this kind of storm were to hit Indy, you'd see the same behavior from the Indy "fans" -- even though the actual game is played in a climate controlled (errr, Polian-controlled) dome!

So... STFU.

There is also a fair number of season ticket holders that live in W Mass, NH, CT, ME. If you live 2.5 hours away in good weather, that could easily be 5 or 6.

Ones talking to us right now...............:singing:Troll

I'll admit I sold mine. I have to be on a plane Monday morning at 6:30am, and just couldn't take the chance I'd get stuck for hours after the game.

Of course, I listed and sold mine on Tuesday, knowing I'd stand little chance of selling them later in the week. I also knew, if the weather report changes or gets more definative, I can purchase another set from the exchange, improving my view from the last row of 300 to the 1st few rows, all for the same $!

For all those who think they're 'good' fans, ask a STH or wait list member to get you 4 tix. This morning, there were 458 for sale. At noon, it was 585. Now it's up to 681.

Guys, in MY MB world, " ;) " = "tongue in cheek". Just having fun, no need to flame. Funny though that our Downtown was packed for our 7 degree parade for our SB Champs, yet it just wasn't enough. So, darn right, I'm taking the low road, and stooping to another level. :p

Link for "Ticket Exchange" please...

thanx in advance

Ok let me be the first to ask..

Anyone with an account want to buy me some?

Last big snow game thousands of fans with tickets were denied because of no parking and a stadium full of snow. I don't blame anyone for selling their tickets and being assured of seeing the game on tv.
