Mangini lied: Pats never gave Jets permission to videotape

I think there's a bigger chance that Mangini lied and said he had permission than......

-The pats giving mangini permission
-Mangini taping
-The pats saying "no you have to stop" (after they gave permission)
-Mangini saying he had permission and saying it's ok
-A pats source saying Mangini lied (when they are really lying)

Listen, you need to, as you say, move along. The Patriots, may or may not have cheated; regardless, they broke a rule, and were penalized. You sound like a woman fighting for custody, or child support. Enjoy the friggin' season, and the Patriots, for all intensive purposes, may have hedged their bet. You don't know, nor do I. LET IT GO. Leave it to the whiners. Are you a whiner?

SMEARED?? WHO THE F CARES!!! Tom Brady doesn't. Mike Vrabel doesn't. Bob Kraft doesn't. SO WHY DO YOU!?!?!?!?

For future reference, the proper term is "for all intents and purposes", not "intensive purposes". Carry on.

What term? "Intensive" refers to an objective description. Carry on Merriam-Webster.....

"For all intents and purposes" is a phrase, not a "term," as you proclaim.

Unfortunately, until it is reported by a reporter who didn't write a story based on comments by Jerome Bettis on a repeat of David Letterman that he thought was live, I think this story is going nowhere. Mike Florio is covering it, but I doubt that he will carry much more credibility.

Mort did say on his blog this week that he was going to be researching what he found as conflicting statements earlier this week. Maybe he will pick up this story. Until someone with some national credibility picks this up, this story is going nowhere.

I want to move forward, but I would also like to see the Jets get their just reward especially if they lied.

I forget I'm talking to pat fans . I should make reading as easy as possible for you guys.

No, you should write like your literate. You're not talking to anyone. Are you eating crack? You forgot that you are "talking" to "pat fans?" You are posting on a Patriots message board you sorry SOB.

Are you sure he didn't mean "insensetive porpoises" or "in tents and poor houses"?

Re: Mangini lied: Pats never gave permission for sideline taping

the NFL wants this to die so much.... ...

keep talking mangini

NFL Park Avenue is squirming ... that's for sure.

Their duplicity has never been more apparent;
their agenda never more suspect.

Smile, Roger!
... as you twist in the coming gale ... that you whistled up.

Who put you in charge of what other people care about?

And what are intensive purposes? Did you mean to say intents and purposes?

The NFL said it was legal for a team to tape from the endzone provided the home team grants permission. They never commented on the ramifications if such permission was not granted. It was not.

It doesn't look like the guy was videotaping from the end zone !!

I'm trying to do that, but for all intensive purposes, I can't find it.

That picture is from a game at the Meadowlands. Isn't the latest hubbub about the Jets game in Foxboro last year?

A grammar forum? You've peaked my interests persay.

I think his point is that, the JETS employee in that photograph is not in the stands, not that it was that exact guy (or game) in question.

The Jets could have been cheating. Would not be suprized
