enough with all the crying on this board. should we trade seymore, maroney is no good, the defense is too old and cant get it done. we are watching what could be the best team in NFL history, and you people that are crying are trying to ruin it! Blowing up every little negative thing and making it a huge deal. YOU ARE NOT THE COACHING STAFF. YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THINGS OR WHAT IS BEST FOR THE TEAM!! I dunno maybe boston fans are so beat down with the losing over the years that they do not know how to be happy? Maybe they cant be happy unless the can complain. Of course things are not perfect, it is not possible to have a perfect game every week. That does not even exist. Lets talk more about how tom and randy are going to break records, how amazing this offense has been, how great Seau has played even though he is 38 years old. How Mike is having a great year on D and is getting into the endzone. This is a magical season we are watching. Just sit back and enjoy the greatness that is the 2007 Patriots.

Quoted for truth. Everyone needs to chill out and just enjoy the ride. If players aren't playing well the coaching staff will take care of it. *****ing and moaning every week just makes you look like an idiot when the team is undefeated.

Dolphins fans have every right to piss and moan. Falcons fans, Lions fans, and many others. If one teams fans should be happy it is the Patriots

I've always enjoyed coming to this board and reading the football savy threads. As you've mentioned there has been far too many negative threads, who'd a thunk? You can still get some expert analysis and very good opinion, you just have to weigh through the garbage, or what I call the fantasy players. Some Patsfans are season ticket holders, others have played the game, heck one even coached the Pats, but what do they know, when your all pro Wii. I guess that comes with the territory of being 13-0.

I have no problem with a few critical threads. Obviously the Pats are not perfect. Its ok to wonder how battle-tested Gost is, and will be put to the test (in a handwringing, excited tone)!

But these threads that just seem so far from reality are amazing - trade Seymour? Our front office suddenly doesnt know how to draft? Our 4th ranked D sucks?

Is it Newbies on Spring Break?
Is it just Too Good to Be True, so lets spoil it?

LOL

By the way, can someone prove to me, with evidence, that Tom Brady is clutch?? I am still waiting for real evidence.

the basic problem is we have a recent shortage of trolls.

we use to get a steady stream of trolls. But since the Colts trolls moved on we haven't had many. A few Bills and Steelers trolls did make a showing but not enough to sustain a real argument. Alas they are gone too.

No Jets trolls have shown up and it is doubtful we will see many, forget about fish trolls, they have given up on football and are sunning themselves on the beach while looking a girls in bikinis.

So without the trolls to agrue with we have choose to agrue amounst ourselves.

I miss our trolls, we need them back to be whole again.

Good point!!!

um, I mean f%$k you, man, you're wrong!!!

That is exactly the point I'm trying to make.Half of the people posting negative threads are trolls trying to cause discord amongst us real fans.I'm not buying it at all.The last time I checked we're 13-0 with a very good chance at going 14-0 this Sunday.Of course we can do a ton of things better. The trolls are so quick to point to the Pats flaws. We aren't perfect. But so aren't the Colts,Steelers,Cowboys,Packers or Seahawks. Each team I named have flaws. There is no such thing as a perfect team in the NFL.I tell the haters to wake up & coffee.America is about to witness something that has never happened in the NFL that involves our Pats.

Jeepers were the heck did you hear that myth?
Get with it,he is a gay system QB who can't throw the deep ball !

The Self Critique or 'crying' by some is itself...a slice of humble pie.

However, I'll take a critic over a cryer anyday. sore losers have no place in my world.

Yeah, I am blown away by the general stupidity this board has sunk to recently.

The thing is that a lot of the garbage comes from a handful of posters.

Sadly enough the rest of us are apparently not capable of simply letting the dumb threads die off.

Somebody posts an intelligent thread with content, and it gets maybe 10-20 responses.

NEM posts a thread, under his new pen-name, about Maroney and it gets 300 hits.

I think we need to control the board by excercising discretion in what threads we breath life into and what threads we let die off quickly.

As far as I am concerned this is the best possible year so far. And I am not subject to the 'haters' because I simply choose what media sources I turn on or listen to or read. Instead of getting all worked up and posting dumb threads about what some far away pinhead journalist wrote about our team as if it matters at all.
