Just an observation, but Keyshawn is in love with this offense. The schemes, the QB and the coach. He said on the pregame show tonight on ESPN that he drove up to the game after the show just to witness what they are doing.

Pretty cool!

I bet he is just wishing Belichick, his good friend, signed him. I bet he would have been a very nice addition to this team. I've always liked him.

Vicarious, December 18th.

Keyshawn is, bar none, THE BEST new "pundit" out there - actually, he's one of the best ex-player pundits I've ever seen. He cuts to the chase, pulls no punches, thinks on his feet, he's funny and he's succinct. Can't say enough about him and I was never his biggest fan.

Yeah Keyshawn is awesome.

I love both him and Parcells on ESPN. Though Parcells isn't as pro-Pats as Keyshawn, he's a funny guy and when he gets Steve Young going it's a hoot.

What not so funny is that the Panthers released him and now have scored the LEAST TD's in the NFL this year!
amazing

have to agree, I really like what both of them have to say

I've been saying for a while that Key is pretty good. He knows football speak and is pretty to the point. None of the other nonsense (yet) that guys like Deion or the other guy that wears those shiny suits.

I am sure Vinny and Keyshawn would have been a solid combo, and it would have taken some of the pressure off Steve Smith from being the only notable WR they have.

It all started back in April when Keyshawn said that the Patriots got the better end of the deal with the trade between the 49ers. Ever since, Keyshawn says nothing but nice things about the Patriots.

He did in fact go to the game. He was in the Krafts box.

Haha Keyshawn just encouraged us to run up the score, asked for the NBA scoreboard and said he felt Eric knew exactly what he was doing.

Chad Johnson is the same. He'd love to be here.

Keyshawn = WRs Coach?

I bet Keyshawn can still play. Maybe he petitioning to make the team :singing: I think, in his maturity, Keyshawn would make an excellent Patriot..... but not better than the top 4 wideouts we have now.

I remember it was rumored we were thinking of singing him early in the off-season.

Keyshawn and Parcells have been totally in sync with the Pats this season, whether on "Spygate" being BS, about not taking out starters and not coaching to avoid injuries, and about how the talk about running up the score is BS.

Nice to see a smart soft-spoken African-American commentator who does not fall into the Irvin, Sanders, and (sometimes) Sharpe clown mode.

One of the best out there for sure. Sanders and Johnson speak the flat out truth when it comes to your team and it's players.

I guess that Dwayne Jarret out of USC didn't work out too well in Carolina? They definately needed Keyshawn to groom that kid for a season or two. Steve Smith has had worst statistical year in awhile as well.

Steve Young seems to be become more and more depressed as the weeks go on.

Guy has no chemistry either, never even gives up a pitty filler laugh to Emmit after Monday Night games.
