And these aren't even about the Jets!

1. The sooner Brady gets his last 5 TDs for the record, the easier it will be to sit and rest him.

2. If Moss actually hits Jerry Rice's record, that can only help him feel yet better about re-signing with the Patriots.

Neat twists!

But the only way BB ever will find it "easier" to sit TB
is to sedate him.

LOL!

Besides, maybe Brady will want to extend the record so it lasts longer. :)

Perhaps. I think that Brady only wants this record because he's been "classed" with Peyton (isn't that a girl's name) Manning for his entire career. PM ran up the numbers playing (at least) half his games in a dome and with first class receiving talent (Harrison, Wayne, etc...) whereas TB had to make do with talent cast off from lesser teams. Finally, the other half of the equation is even. Suddenly, the only quantity to be measured is the QB.

At the conclusion of the AFCCG, PM will look up at the crowd staring down at him as he lies flat on his back in the snow and hear (through his whimpering) :

Seymour: You have been weighed.
Seau: You have been measured.
Wilfork: And you have absolutely...
Thomas: Been found wanting.
Bruschi: Welcome to New World. God save you, if it is right that he should do so.
