Izzo came in for bruschi, i sure do hope hes OK, on the bright side, he has 4 weeks to rest up and get better for teh postseason

Are you saying that Bruschiu left before or after that play?

Because Bruschi was the one who stoned the guard he was trying to lead block. It was one of the best plays all game.

Re: Bruschi Hobbled

Oops...didn't notice this at all. Any update?

Also, how about Watson? I know he walked off on his own with a limp but he didn't return, did he??

Could someone modify the title to this thread to say "unofficial". This is just someone's observation.

Watson DID return and looked fine.

Re: Bruschi Hobbled

Awesome!! Thanks for answering it!!

No problem, I was at the game and I have a head on view of the Pats bench, from across the field on the 30 - lower level.

I had my binoc's on Watson after he went down. At first it looked really bad and I was thinking knee. After he hobbled to sidelines and sat down, I saw the trainers actually working on his lower leg, or ankle. Then he stood up, walked around for a while and came back in during the next series.

I did not see Bru hurt though?

umm, not really....

brushi was defenetely out on the 4rth down stop, cuz even announcer said izzo was in, and then they showed bruschi on sidelines....it was a pretty pivotal play, i think he would have been in if he was healthy...

defenetely got hit

Re: Bruschi Hobbled

Didn't notice that. Bru had a bery good game today. The best game I have seen him have in a while.

Well, in the absence of confirmed news, how about adding a "?" at the end of the title?

Re: Bruschi Hobbled

Bruschi is fine,,,,I just cranked up the DVR and saw him run off the field AFTER being on the field for the 4th down of that goal line stand series. He looked fine to me.

The last two series, while he did not come in, I saw him standing on the sideline with his helmit in hand ready to come in.

I think he is fine.
