After reading all the Tyrone Carter talk about how Moss doesn't like to get hit I was thinking of a play I'd like to see. It looks like Troy P. isn't going to play so Carter will start at safety. Imagine if you will...Pats have the ball at the 15 or so yardline of the Steelers, Moss is in the slot, Brady with playaction looks over the middle and hits Moss at the 3 yardline, Carter comes up to hit him and Moss just lowers the shoulder and knocks him on his ass into the endzone and stands over him for the TD.

Can you tell it's time to get this game underway or what, even with the short week it feels like this game is taking forever to get here.

LOL, Moss lowers the shoulder. I love it. This guy couldn't run through a paper bag... great reciever, but known to avoid contact and not known at all for going across the middle, though he does it on occasion. I wouldn't get your hopes up on that one though.

Gotta agree with TIME here. Ain't gonna happen. Welker and Stallworth are eminently capable of it though.

C'Mon he's got to have one hit in him:D That's what would make it an amzing play.

That would be an amazing play... I threw up in my mouth a little just thinking about it.

Troy Brown covering Whiney Hiney on D. Troy with an INT to the house.

I just saw on ESPN, that they give the Patriots the advantage on defending the Passing game. They think that Hines Ward and Asante Samuel will be a great matchup giving Samuel the advantage... :D

I'd love to see Teddy B. snag an interception and run it in for a touchdown. This may or may not be his last season, so I'd like to see him to attract a little bit of attention during this phenominal season.

Welker is fearless. He is very quick on his cuts and has no problems running the slants even when he knows he is going to get lit-up. All in all, he is very close to being unstoppable on those quick, short routes....

It would be like in the movie The Longest Yard. When Burt Reynolds tells his line to let the LB through. He takes the guy out of the game. Getting a penalty was worth it.
And in this case Moss would get a penalty. And probably a fine a few days later.

BUT...It would make for a great story on Rome is Burning, PTI and The BLITZ.

Erdoboy

hell, i agree with stallworth, but wes? it would take a LOT to bring me in between him and the end zone face to face, A LOT, ur statement is completely understated
