Ever since Shula the hapless Fins have searched for a coach. Jimmy Johnson was as close as they've come to competency. Wanny was a dope. Saban was to be the saviour and bugged out of town ASAP. Then Cameron arrived. This guy is worse than Kotite. He has no clue what he's doing as a HC. He's continued the 21st century lphins tradition of pissing away top draft picks on never-gonna-bes. Ginn and Beck are two examples. The once great D has aged quickly. Thomas and Taylor still have pride and class but it's too little. At Buffalo Sunday rookie QB Edwards, a good draft pick, will continue to outshine Beck who has Pennington's arm without the accuracy. Then there's the Ravens, NE and finally Cincy. Bigest question mark is the poorly coached Bengals.
Will the Phins lose out?

As far as that team and their rat bastard fans, they can go 0-16 this year and the next ten without a win.. nothing is too bad for that team and their fans..

The amazing thing is the last time the fins won was when they beat us last December:eek: I should know I was at that abortion. They still have a ways to go to catch Tampa Bay 26 game losing streak but hey we can still hope for it.

Espn just reported that an unamed source ( a hot dog vender from Chicago) told Ed Pell(of Espn) that Miami has decided to strive for perfection, to reach new heights, to achieve whats never been achieved before. To go 0-16.

I take it you don't like the Phins

So by your measurement, Laurence Maron, Chad Jackson and Brandon Meriweather are busts?

It's just simply commical when you anoint rookies as busts. How many rookies do you know that solidify their status in their rookie season? Good god, get a clue.

Compare the Pats record on the field with the excerable lphins.
End of debate.

What is the record for the most consecutive losses?

What is the record for the most consecutive losses?

As of the 2007 season, there have been seven teams to finish the season 1-15:

1) 1980 New Orleans Saints
2) 1989 Dallas Cowboys
3) 1990 New England Patriots
4) 1991 Indianapolis Colts
5) 1996 New York Jets
6) 2000 San Diego Chargers
7) 2001 Carolina Panthers

I think I heard that after their 0-14 season, the Bucs started the next year 0-12. That would make 26 straight losses.

I tried to find back-to-back season info but had no luck. Then I stopped trying shortly after I saw the list I posted. ;)

Interesting. There are not one but two folks here who say that the Phins will win at least one and that Beck & Ginn will save the season. Maybe so.

But I seriously doubt it.

I guess that's me and TWguru. I can't see them losing all 16 games. It IS possible that THEY hand the Pats their first loss. Stranger things have happened.

Yes, right after this!

No, that would be absolutely the greatest upset in the history of sports and second only to the colonists' winning the Revolution history-wise.

Good luck against the lphins. Not that you'll need luck to win.
Edwards is the man!
Just don't make Beck look horrible in comparison.

Going 0-16 is harder than going 16-0. Seriously? Not ONE game won? Even the fetus (Lane Kiffin) down in Oakland has managed to win four.

Edwards 1 TD pass in 7 games TRUMPS Beck's 0 in 3 games.

Did you know that Brady was the 10th ranked passer in football last year, just a few points ahead of JP Losman? Who would you rather have? The only stats that matter is W-L and right now, Edwards is 4-1 as a starter. What's Beck's record?

Stats are for losers, with explains why a Fin fan would know them. :rocker:

Looking at them now and their schedule, IMO they will probrably go 0-16. But you never know I guess.

Not even close. The 85 Bears losing to them was much, much bigger.

Ah yes, I'm sure Edwards is the single reason they are winning. The Pats have been winning with defense up until this year any how.

And funny how you call me a loser for using stats but to support your argument what did you use? HAHA! That just might be a contradiction.

So if Beck goes 30/30 with 5 TDs 450 yards and 0 INTs and Edwards goes 5/25 with 0 TDs 50 yards and 3 INTs but the Bills win, that means Edwards was the better QB that day?

Try this, football neophyte. Bills lose games with Losman; Bills win games with Edwards.

Let's see how Beck 'The Future' vs Edwards turns out Sunday.

See, I thought Miami could pull off wins against the Jets and possible the Bills, but wow.. When Beck can only get to step two of a three step drop before being dropped.. dude, no.. just no. That's just putrid.
