I am talking football. I'm saying it's best to wait until an opposing player is actually ruled "OUT" on the injury report before assuming he won't play. For some reason you find this distinction difficuly to grasp. I can't help you there.

As of the friday injury report, he is ruled as "doubtful". That means there is still a chance he can play. Which means the thread title as of right now is misleading. Hey smart guy... No one is arguing that the OP didn't title the thread correctly. It's really no freakin' reason to go around bashing him because he left ONE word out of the title. I agree it should read "Polamalu presumably will not play Sunday" instead of being an absolute. But you have no real reason, other then to show yourself as an asshat... to continue bashing the guy. Or so make it seem like he was trying to take credit for something... 1 post would have been sufficient in saying "You should have titled this differently", or "could you change the title since it's not absolute?" Just sayin'...

Actually, BB has stated many times that unless a player is ruled OUT, he approaches the game as though the player will play. Maybe you haven't followed the Pats very closely.

Dude, you have to relax. I'm not trying to start a conspiracy against BB. Somehow, I don't think my thread is going to make it to his desk.

I didn't know you were planning on ripping every word I posted. I said he will not play because based on the news, I think we both know he will not play.

I agree with Pony's initial point that the title is misleading and I don't want to read five pages (including three pages of immature retorts) to realize that we still do not know if he is playing or not.

Santonio Holmes limped through Friday's practice because in his words, "if you don't practice on Friday, you don't play."

Assuming he's on the up-and-up, that means Polamalu is a no-go.
