Dungy on BB w/ Bob Costas

The interview itself is fine. The point is Dungy didn't have to make any comments at the time about this matter. Especially when it is told by Jimmy Johnson, that one of Dungy 's coordinators is very adept at stealing signs himself.

Sure Dungy's comments don't sound so bad. Read them for what they are. He's backtracking off his immediate "Spygate" comments in the exact same fashion that Wade Phillips tried backing off his comments to Peter King, trying to pour cool water on the smoldering embers. When this interview with Costas airs, look to see if Costas calls him out on comparing BB to Barry Bonds? Let me spare you the suspense. He won't because there's no way to shine a decent light on that remark.

costas on that hbo show is a big colts fan. i doubt he will ask that. makes me respect BB even more now because he doesnt answer questions not related to football and relationships and handshakes at least during the season. if costas is wondering about this handshake wait till we play the jets in the "handshake bowl"

Hey, Colts fan here, I don't hate BB. I don't hate anybody.

I dislike the Pats because they kicked our asses for years, they always play the Colts tough no matter how good or bad they are. Way before BB or Brady or Dungy and Manning.

Hell, in 1990 the one game you guys won was against us and we barely beat you in the other game that year.

But I don't hate them. I hope they lose every game they play, but that's it. I don't get "hate" when it comes to sports.

I hear ya. I "hate" the Yankees and the Colts and I do recognize the distinction between sports hate and real hate (but I fear too many don't)and the former is fun to be involved in. I just think it goes too far when people get personal with it.

This is one of the reasons that Dungheap is a two-faced, smarmy, sanctimonious scumbag: during the Cameragate week, he was quoted as saying, I'm glad that I don't work for an owner who would allow such things to take place.

Bob Kraft didn't know that BB was taping opponents' defensive signals as a method to acquire information that probably every other team in the league acquires through one method or another.

Bob Irsay stole an entire franchise, one of the most storied in all sports, under cover of darkness, from a city in which lived some of the most loyal, caring, passionate fans in history.

That's why we hate Dungheap, Payaton, naPolian and the Irsays. Now get out.

90% of the threads here are "OMG, (fill in player) said bla bla" or "Screw (fill in name of ESPN analyst)". Its quite funny. I guess you have to complain about something when the theres nothing to complain about on the field
