This is a question...
An argument can be made both ways from last years stats...
Last year Troy was the #51 WR during the regular season catching like 43 passes, while Gaffney caught just 11 passes.
However in the Postseason Gaffney caught more passes than anyone.

My 2 cents is that Troy will make a significant contribution immeadeately.
I think he should create a matchup problem as the #4 WR with Moss,Stalworth and Welker drawing substantial coverage.

I just think Brady has that timimg and connection with Troy and they will hook up when Troy gets open...

Your thoughts...

BB loves history. I think the rest of this season Brown gets in for a couple of "retirement" catches, gets the four ring Parcells blundered away from him and becomes our WR coach next year.:rocker:

Wow that seems like a great scenario...
How about Troy listed as an emergency QB and possibly taking a direct snap to throw a pass? (I don't see any passing history at NFL stats tho.) (Right now Troy is practicing throwing to Vrabel (who catches everything))

According to stats on NFL.com, he attempted a pass (incomplete) in 1999 but i don't know the specifics....

Gaffney is the best WR4 in the league.

If Brown is involved tonight I'm going to giggle like a little school girl and jump with joy.

If he somehow finds a way into the endzone I'm doing backflips.
