Of course, New England actually won 21 straight games back then, including its three straight victories in the 2004 postseason. But official NFL records don’t acknowledge playoff games, even if the Hall of Fame does, which features an entire display dedicated to the 21 straight wins.

Has anybody been to the HOF and seen the display? I'd be interested to know if it's done up right and if you have pixs all the better.

21 is the record in my mind so if they go 19-0 they need to win the first three next year to break it.

I saw it last year ... it's pretty neat. It's a glass display with a ball from each game, along with a little plaque describing every win.

Here's a photo from the HOF website. It's not very good, but will give some idea as to what it's all about:

Couple other Patriots-related notables:

- Tom Brady's SB 36 jersey, signed (you can actually touch it). If I remember correctly, it's next to one of Joe Montana's SB jerseys.

- Bill Belichick's gameplan from the Giants win over the Bills in SB 25.

I went to the HOF this season prior to the Bengals game. It is done nice. It has a caption of each game with a football that has the score engraved in it. If you have not been to the HOF it is an amazing experience and worth making plans for.

the hall of fame is a freakin joke. a huge dissapointment. people think the hof is a huge deal, but when you go there, its just a small building with a few knick knacks in it, and displays for whatever team is the flavor of the year. theres a reason its out in the middle of nowhere. the pats hof is actually going to be bigger than the original pfhof
