From Indy Star:

According to STATS Inc., the Colts are 28th worst team in the league when it comes to catching the ball.

Dallas Clark and Reggie Wayne are unofficially the biggest culprits for the Colts, who have dropped 28 of 269 "catchable" passes.

Those don't look like butterfingers to me... :)

Ahhh, there's the Geno we know and love. Come back, Eugene, wherever you're hiding.

The Dolts were officially D-O-N-E that day after that hit, effin outstanding.......................

I half expect ColtFanInIraq, or whatever his name is to say:

"Nobody better lay a finger on my Butterfingers!"

Isn't that what Polian said to the competition committee after the '04 season?

Is that a hit to the helmet? Was there a flag on that play???

Back on topic. Been pretty frustrating to see these guys drop all these passes. Not all were necessarily game changing, and you expect a few drops, but they've been pretty bad. Further illustrates the skill of one Mr. Manning.

I always had a sense of this...my image of Dallas Clark is not of a tough receiver. My lasting image is him dropping the ball as Bruschi whacks him and yells at him in the championship game up here - Clark just scampered off the field, head down...

Nope. Manning has been average this year. Pretty obvious without Marvin Manning is not as good. His players cant catch the ball. Big deal neither could Caldwell , Gaffney or Graham last year.

Never seen a qb depend on his star players as much as Manning.

Ahhh... back when Eugene Wilson wasn't afraid to lay people out.

Yeah it's getting so bad he's almost having a typical Brady year.

Oh please. Brady would never throw that many ints (in one game) and on the year.

Tough that manning is not even close to as good as he was when he had all his little pro bowlers flying around, huh? Now Manning only has 90 percent of his pro bowlers and he is average. His d is the reason they win. Not him. Averageeeeee. Tom Brady was better then him with NO pro bowlers around him. Booo hooooo , Tom Brady is far better.

Manning is not even in the top four this year, haha. Brady, Romo, Farve and Big Ben are better. A few injuries and manning is not even a top 5 qb? Brady was all a top 2 qb with far less.

Manning is OVERRATED

Tom Brady was putting up the same numbers Manning is now when he didn't have Moss, Stallworth. and Welker, AND he's always had a better D around him. Manning made his receivers pro bowlers, Tom Brady had to buy them.

That is false. Brady had better numbers. Brady also led no names to superbowls. He also had Reche freaking Caldwell putting up better numbers the Harrison and Wayne in the playoffs last year. Caldwell sucks. What have the receivers Brady played with done with there new teams? NOTHING , Brady made them what they where here.

Secondly if manning made his receivers why has he SUCKED this year when he does not have his full compliment. Manning receivers made him. Pretty clear by your own logic. He has a great d this year and he is average. Why?

You just owned yourself, hahah!

Why has he "sucked" this year without his full complement. Hmmmm... why could that be? It's not like it takes time to develop timing and rapport with receivers. I dunno, you stumped me.

And Brady didn't have better numbers. Stop making things up please.

You tell me, were Brady and his receivers better last year together towards the beginning of the season or near the end? And, that's with Brady going through all of camp knowing that these would be his receivers and his starters. I doubt very much that Manning thought CRAPhonso Thorpe and Aaron Moorehead would be two primary options in his passing attack.
