  • Eric Mangini is a genius.
  • The Bills, Jets, and Dolphins are already nipping at the Patriots' heels.
  • Romeo Crennel is in serious danger of losing his coaching job.
  • The San Diego Chargers are so talented that the loss of Marty Schottenheimer has been a mere speed bump.
  • Peyton Manning is the best quarterback who ever played the game; his play has nothing to do with his receivers.
  • Tom Brady is just a system quarterback who can't throw a deep ball.
  • Wes Welker isn't worth a second-round draft pick.

What else have we learned? :)

Steven Gostkowski will never be able to replace Adam Vinatieri.

Don Shula is a master of logic.
Tom Jackson can hardly contain his love of all things New England Patriots.

The Pats can't win without videotaping the defense signals of the opposition

Randy Moss is a locker room cancer

The Cowboys will become a country club with Wade Phillips at the helm.

Brett Favre should have retired 2 years ago.

Josh Mcdaniels is too young and has no idea how to be an offensive coordinator

Phillip Rivers is a budding star and already a top 5 quarterback.

Stallworth can't stay on the field.

Michael Vick will not be indicted.

Can't wait to see the annual NFL Network ads that play on this theme......

Maroney is ready for a bigger role in the Pats offense

After giving up illegal substances Shawne Merriman continues to get bigger and play better.

As it turns out Bill Polian really isn't a whiny little b*tch.

BB likes to deal with frivolities in the game, like what uniform the team is wearing, who's performing the half-time show, making personal attacks against the team the Pats are playing that week and calling the Pats the greatest team ever while preparing them for a team they will face in three or four weeks.

Oh, and he also practices his handshake with members of the team during the week so he can get his grip just right when the game ends.

Randy Moss has given up smoking weed.......

well........:D

That none of this matters unless you win the Super Bowl.

No one can go thru an entire 16-game schedule undefeated
in the salary cap era.

The Patriots dynasty is dead...

The patriots are the new skins, just signing free agents and wasting a lot of money

The Chargers will not miss a beat with Norv Turner and Turner's problems with Washington and Oakland are irrelevant because he has never had the talent he has with the Chargers.

Philip Rivers is progressing into a top QB in the league and the Giants were stupid to trade him away.

The Packers should have dumped Favre before it was too late and they should have just started Aaron Rogers from day one since they are obviously building for the future this year and have no shot at the playoffs.

Trent Green is having a big comeback this season since he knows Cam Cameron's system so well.

Romeo Crennel will probably be fired at the end of the season because the Cleveland Browns are cellar dwellers once again.

With a vastly improved defense, the Bengals are primed to make a run at the AFC title possibly the Super Bowl.

The Ravens defense is once again keeping them atop the AFC North and Steve McNair is being his same efficient self running the offense.

The Pats should have never traded their first round pick to the 49ers because the 9ers are the hot team right now and could easily win the weak NFC West.

The AFC East could end up being the most competitive division in the league. Yes, the Pats are a cut above the rest, but both Miami and the Jets are rising teams. The Bills, on the other hand, are destined for last place in the division.

Ladainian Tomlinson doesn't need to go to training camp. (Practice? Practice? We talking 'bout PRACTICE! :D )

Oh, and Randy Moss has lost a step.

The Colts are going to be a much worse team after losing guys like Dominic Rhodes, Jason David, Nick Harper, Mike Doss, Brandon Stokley, Montae Reagor, Cato June, etc. Not to mention having their probowl OT retire and losing their only player on defense with size to injury before the season even started.
