A Question about Brady and injury list...

I think it has something to do with using the emergency QB in a game. I'm not specifically sure though.

I have been following/posting the injury list for a few years. I have noticed that Brady is on this every week with a shoulder problem...Can anyone tell me why?

I've speculated on this before. After Belichick was reprimanded by the league for a game in Denver (Seymour "probable" but didn't travel), I believe Belichick put together a policy about how people got on the injury list. For example, if a trainer touches you (hopefully in a professional way) before/during/after practice, you must appear on the injury list. I would imagine Brady gets his arm rubbed down or something after each practice, so...Brady (probable) Right Arm

Also explains why sometimes players appear on the injury report for just a day. Training staff checks out a twist or bruise and it turns out to be nothing.

It is obviously a running inside joke on the team. But someone on this board recently came up with the best explanation for the joke I've seen so far.

It's the gigantic chip on Brady's shoulder that's responsible for the weekly injury report appearance. :D

There is no rule linking being on the injury list with the ability to use an emergency QB.

Basically it is #37 on the list of ways that BB says eff you all to the NFL.

I wonder if Brady has an uncredited record or a record that could be broken this year. Most consecutive weeks on the injury report.
