No, not Gisele. Anyone else who was at the game catch that? There was a Victoria's Secret model (Selita Ebanks) giving out gift certificates last night. She announced different winners live on the Jumbotron several times during the course of the game. During one of the announcements people started booing her. This continued to happen every time she appeared for the rest of the game. I was talking to someone at the time so I didn't catch what she said. Does anyone know what triggered it? By the 3rd or 4th time she appeared on the Jumbotron you could tell she was really annoyed by all the booing.

Maybe the pats fans would have preferred a male model. *ba dum ching!*

She came out twice to announce winners and the third time was toward the end of the game with the winners on the field. The second time she came out, she got tongue-tied twice and that's when they let her have it. When they put her up the 3rd time, the crowd started booing as soon as they saw her on the screen. You could tell by the look on her face that she was pissed.

On a side note, I saw previews for How I met Your Mother for tonight on NBC. The characters go to a Victoria's Secret party and she is there. :D

Yeah she really did not want to be there for the third time, and boy the crowd really let her have it..It was a bit odd

u serius? was it THAT bad? i wish i had seen it...

well, i guess we know which one Brady WONT be with, LOL

Probrably 'cause it wasn't Alessandra Ambrosio.

I'd snap her in half. Twice.

In the years that I've been going to games I've generally found that the Gillette/Foxboro crowd are some of the most stupid and ignorant crowds on the whole. I hate stereotyping because no one individual fits a stereotype let alone a whole group of them but yeesh.

Urging the crowd to cheer when the offense had the ball. Booing some model who was doing nothing to deserve it. Sitting on their hands when the Eagles O had the ball (until the last part of the 4th when it got good.)

Seriously sometimes I think that this region does not deserve to have a football team like this.

That broad ain't all that. Good for the crowd, eff her is she doesn't like it. Go get a real job.

If the crowd was so loud when we were on offense, why could I hear every syllable Brady said?

I hate agreeing with you on this... but in the last few years, I think you are right on.

The "Pink Hats" are ruining the experience.

There was actually some drunk IDIOT (and there is ALWAYS one) who tried to start a "Yankees Suck" chant on the jammed packed exit ramp after the game.

I swear I would have punched him in the face if I were next to him. That annoys me to no end.

Megadittos! Gawd I hate that phrase, but it's apt. Corporate pukes, pink hats, IPO red seaters and MLB crossdressers.

This is what triggered it! Why the hell was this person interrupting an important football game every couple of minutes? She couldn't speak and sounded like a dimwit, and they kept putting her back on! I felt bad that she got booed, but once was enough.

PS - I am annoyed at the "pink hat" comments. I am a die hard fan and I wore a pink Pats hat to last night's game. It was the warmest one I could find in my closet.

Because of NBC's directional mics?

What kind of technology do you think they're using? Parabolics amplify the sound on the field, which also includes some of the noise coming from the stands. If the crowd were as loud as the poster suggests, we wouldn't have heard ONLY Brady's voice.

lol- I don’t literally mean "People wearing Pink Hats". :D

I’m just borrowing the phrase from The Big Show guys. They use it to describe the Red Sox "Wagon Jumpers".

Mic on the camera over the field.

Very true of the Foxboro crowd. I've been to a few other NFL stadiums for Pats games (Cle, Pit, NY, GB, and DAL) and except for Heinz Field and the Meadowlands, they all had much better crowds than Foxboro. Even the fact that we had Pats jerseys wasn't a problem, nobody started fights with us (again, Pittsburgh excluded), and we hung out with a lots of locals everywhere. In Foxboro I've seen many a full beer thrown at an away team's fan's head, guys starting fights with women, and all sorts of stupidity that has nothing to do with football.

People need to chill and get a sense of humor. She got tongue tied, so they "tongue in cheek" booed her. That's funny. Same thing when the Philly fans booed Santa Claus. Hey, we all love Santa Claus. He is cheered and praised everywhere he goes. That's why it was funny when he was booed. Besides, it was a guy in a Santa suit. I'm sure the real Santa Claus was busy making my GI Joe with the Kung Fu grip at that time.

He didn’t say that the crowd "obliged". He just said that there were some idiot (prolly Teen/early 20-Somethings) "urging the crowd to cheer when the offense had the ball".
