Come on guys, Maroney and Morris were doing great sharing the load. Now you want to add another RB to the mix at $5M per? I think there are other areas that will need to be addressed this offseason, most notably CB and LB.

they are old at LB. I would love for them to get mcfadden..but they wont want to pay that much so they will move down

No, I don't want to draft a RB that high. However, I can appreciate a STUD when I see one. Some team will draft a flat out STUD when they take McFadden.

Peterson is 6"2 ..McFadden 6"3 but Peterson has more meat on him..not as long even though hes lean as well

Peterson is not as fast..but McFadden is not as strong and his running style looks different. Peterson is the best pure runner imo. McFadden might be better in other aspects of game such as receiving/throwing but Peterson is a truck

McFadden would obviously be my first choice, but if we don't go in that direction, F. Jones makes a nice consolation prize.

I think what the Pats should do is drop down to #5, draft McFadden, then use that extra second round pick to address the defense (CB or LB). That way everybody wins! Well except for the rest of the NFL.
