Fellow Pats fans, we really need your help here, and any contributions you can muster would be greatly appreciated.

On Monday, Patriots punter Chris Hason was diagnosed with a potentially dangerous, severely benign and rare condition called SLS.

SLS, the acronym for a condition called Stagnant Leg Syndrome has been bothering Hanson since the first game of the season. Ever the professional, Hanson has not allowed his condition to become public and has played through this affliction as best as possible.

Healthcare professionals believe the condition is caused by standing on the sideline for 3 hours at a stretch and not exerting the leg to either strenuous in-game action or taking pressure off the leg completely via relaxation.

Since the former remedy of gaining in game action seems to be not a viable option, a fund has been started to raise money and facilitate the latter remedy via purchase of the prescribed therapeutic device pictured below.

On a free agent punter's salary, such an expense is a difficult one and we're looking to get help from the best and most loyal fans in the league. Your donations will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure of his number but I'm told he could be either of the gentlemen below.
And he's a punter for the Pats? I thought we cut our punter a few weeks ago ;)

This is too bad. Now we need a backup punter.

Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) could become a serious concern, too!

Why? Wilfork (I think, or was it Warren) said he used to kick in high school. I
know that Welker did. :D

I don't think Vince could see his feet anymore, might make it tough with that whole drop ball and kick it thingy the punters do. :) That'd be some "blind faith"!

how about you tell him he can't punt any more  could you imagine the return running down the sidelines and then seeing Vince coming at him with a full head of steam

Hey I found a picure of this Hanson guy - I think he's the one in the back...
