EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (CBS) ― They're subjected to taunting and teasing. Women are being encouraged to expose themselves.

It's happening during halftime at New York Jets football games.

CBS 2 HD examines what's being done to stop it.

A shocking video that initially surfaced on YouTube has cast a bad light on the Jets and their fans. The video shows what is known as a "Gate D Party," clearly not what most fans pay to see when they come to the team's home games at Giants Stadium.

Scumbag Jets Fans Humiliate Themselves and the League

I wasn't going to say anything about the "Section D" Jets fans encouraging women to lift their shirts. While it is certainly boorish behavior, it is not exactly unheard of activity. But check out this grainy video of them pushing a vendor cart down the middle of a spiral walkway outside the stadium. They could easily kill someone if that person was at the bottom.

In defense of New York Jets fans, it turns out that the NFL team's supporters don't only spend their halftimes urging women to show them their breasts. In fact, as this video from infamous Gate D at Giants Stadium shows, they also steal huge vending carts and push them off the top of the spiral. The vandalism was captured by a Meadowlands denizen who exulted, "I got it all on tape" after the heavy metal cart crashed to the ground.

Ok so Im a jets season ticket holder who has been going to games for years. And no i dont think its right what the dumb idiot fans have been doing at gate D. Now like i already said i have been going to games for years and had no idea this was going on maybe its because ive always hung out during halftime at Gate C. Now what i want to say is, I looked over the clip over and over again and im telling you that is NOT inside Giants Stadium. You can sit here and say it is all you want. But as a season ticket holder im pretty sure i would know better then you guys. You cant even make out the people in the clip.
