After 1 quarter of play Ted Ginn has 3 receptions 49 yards and an 87 yard punt return for a TD.

If you don't bottle this guy up right when he touches it, he's going to the house. MAN, I love this weapon! Thank god after having 2 kick returns called back on BS hold calls, WAY TO GO TEDDY!

I doubt that anyone with any football knowledge ever doubted that he would be a good player. Will he be a great player? I doubt it, but one never knows. Playing on a team that has not too much, overall, talent, doesn't help him, of course.

In the NFL, you are only as good as the players around you.

Should anyone care? Of course, because a player of the calibre of Ginn, and what he , potentially, can do, must be looked at before any team plays the Dolphins.

Thank you for that very logical post. I actually think he could be a great player but as you said, no one knows.

Great point about surrounding talent.

Watching him drop his head is the most exciting things for the Dolphins because you know he's gone.

Get off his balls already. Make a post about him when he catches a couple of TDs.

A punt returner shouldn't be a #9 pick in the draft.

Yeah because return TDs count less then receiving TDs.

We drafted him for his play making ability both on returns and offense. He made some really nice catches today.

0 and 10 lolololololololololol thanks for giving me another thread to bump

It seems that there are those that do not comprehend the intention of this thread. It is about Ted Ginn, not about the Dolphins as a team.

Did he have a good game today? Yes.

Did he have a great game today? No

Is he , potentially, a solid NFL player, both as a return man and as a receiver? cYes

Do the Dolphins suck, as a team? Definitely Yes.

But, as I said, this thread is about Ginn. If there are those that don't have the ability to respond about Ginn, then they are here for the purpose of reating trouble, not to discuss the topic ,but for another motive.

Kdo5, at least, he stayed on subject. And, I can't agree with him more.

When Ginn catches a couple of TD passes in a game, then it might be, more, the right time to bring him up.

Until then, he is a good player, with a lot of potential, playing on a piss poor team. I am sure that you can agree with that, right?
i and i alone decide what the topic is of any and all threads started by you and your little boyfriend aquasack.btw your restricted and i think that's hilarious .your stuck here with me in your own message board hell.no go cry but don't forget your tampax lololololol

Good post and yes, I agree.

I am not sure if he is worth a #9 pick since the Dolphins needed a QB. We will see how Beck does, and that might make the Ginn pick look better if Quinn doesn't develop.
BTW I do believe that Ginn was a better pick than Jamarcus Russell, and Beck will be a better QB then Russell.
If he does get a better cast around him he could get much better, but at the moment his chance at greatness seems slim.

New thread every time someone catches 3 balls? LOL!! Gonna get awful cluttered.

wow Ted Ginn scored a touchdown.
he's the first rookie in the nfl to ever do that.

You are right Aqua, the guy is just plain fantastic.

I wonder how many mvp votes Ted Ginn will get.

Ted Ginn is gay? Why else have a coming out party? Darn he is going to get crushed in that locker room from here on out. Wow that guy has guts to announce this being a rookie. More power to him.

I was thinking of you when I heard about the run back. The fins still lost the game, and will get a real high pick that they will use to draft another kick returner to play opposite of Ginn.

Nice to know I'm in your thoughts. ;)

No, we'll probably go with a DT, we don't want to go WR in the first round again as we already found our gem of a WR this year.

You have to love it.

Exciting run, huh? Like many are saying about Brady on the main board, you have to appreciate Ted's speed and electricity.
