Rare to find an article by a recent former HC about the Patriots and refreshing that a Patriots article does not come from some dumb beat writer who knows nothing
- Short and nothing spectacular but overall a decent read.

So, are the Patriots are who we thought they were? I hope we don't let them off the hook. :D

You know if I were setting the odds of someone mentioning that in this post it would be lower than the odds of the Pats winning the Super Bowl :D

I guess when Green dies his tombstone is bound to say this.....

"Here lies Dennis Green former NFL Head Coach
He is who we thought he was (not very good)
He is now officially let off the hook"

Hey, man, that's just a classic coach meltdown like the Mora "Playoffs?" rant and the Parcells "Groceries" speech.

On his last day as a HC, BB should just go off on some reporter (i.e.- Felger). It would be classic!

His writing style is about what I thought it would be too....crappy.

I feel bad now, here's a former head coach writing a nice article to praise the Patriots.

And all I can think about is "WE LET 'EM OFF THE HOOK!"

Still, appreciated Denny Green, thanks.

Nothing earth shattering, but a nice little tip of the cap nonetheless.

I guess we are who he thought we wuz.

Or something.:D

If you want to crown their ass, then CROWN em!

>>>>>The Miami Dolphins of the 1970’s was the last team to pull this off.

Not to be picky but don't they have editors to clean up grammatical errors?

Who cares about his writing style? The guy isn't a writer, but he doesn't claim to be. At least his article makes sense.

Dennis Green's rant's got nothing on Jim Mora's "we couldn't do diddly poo" one.

Speaking of Mora, whatever happened to that guy? Is he out of the sport for good?

Mora is really good on NFLN - I find myself in agreement with his analysis a high percentage of the time.

Those guys are toast!
