Indeed, this has been a season in which NFL kickers and punters have positioned the accent squarely on the first syllable of football. All around the league, we've had Bigfoot sightings. And unlike those of Sasquatch, the trails of these strong-legged kickers and punters are far easier to track.

Better still, here's their list of the top five strongest legs among kickers (in a separate article):

1. Sebastian Janikowski
2. Neil Rackers
3. Josh Brown
4. Rob Bironas
5. Adam Vinatieri

Gostkowski doesn't even make the top 10 in their list. I guess he'll just have to play a little harder, too. :robot:

I respect Pasquatch, but he has no clue. Yea, the same Vinatraitor who has what % made FG in last 3 yrs beyond 40 yds ? tic toc tic toc

The Colts don't seem to trust him with any long kicks. He ranks 6th in the league in FG attempts with 20, but only 2 were 40 yards or more...and he missed both. Meanwhile a guy like Kris Brown of Houston has the same number of total FG attempts but is 7 of 8 from 40+ (including 3 of 3 from 50+!) And it's not like Adam's known for his booming kickoffs, either. Talk about mailing it in, Len.

(Though the first 4 on the list are solid choices, I have to admit.)
